Tons of stuff, plenty of seasonal items, however the store is hard to navigate if you plan on using a buggy. The aisles are narrow enough that if you feel like you might knock things off the shelf. Is even worse by the mirrors and chairs.

Called as I live far away and they refused to even give me the time of day when I was looking for a specific item. Hung up even tho I explained I live far away and am willing to travel but only if they had what I was looking for, calling 25 stores and 24 were very kind.. not this one.

Just left this location. I went here specifically to look for an area rug. I come here a lot as I love homegoods. When I got to the rug section there was an associate working on taking one down and said to me “just so you know I’m going to be working over here for a while.” She might as well have just told me to stay out of the way. I called my husband in to look at a rug I liked because he stayed on the car with our kids. When they got inside she was just rude and snobby to us. Maybe she was having a bad day because she was moving rugs or something but she was rude and not nice at all. I don’t appreciate it. I have never seen her before. Normally the employees are very nice here.

HomeGoods offers affordable décor, and endless possibilities for sprucing up your space without breaking the bank. The Winter Garden location has a better and bigger furniture selection.

I am a regular customer or this location and tonight needed to get another flower pot for my yard the same one I purchased from here before.
Unlucky enough they have the pot but it is “damaged” so I ask the cashier I really need the same pot, do you discount for the damages?
The girl at the front cash was super nice and all their employees are very kind and helpful. She called for the manager twice and it took Mr. Giuseppe 10 min to come from the back of the store to the front counter to tell me that this is the way pots come and you like it or not.
Very disappointed with that customer service from a manager and I had no choice but to get the pot in another color.
I am only giving one star bcs the front cashier was beyond nice and patient.
