Super friendly staff..Rooms very clean.Place smells sweet.Great location.Must say the breakfast gal is on top of her game. Delicious, cleaned tables and chairs after each family left. Food tasted great. Thank you management for training top quality staff.Walkability: Strip mall across highway that we were recommended to visit.Miller's ale house was great.Other stores too.

Back in late June early August, I stayed at this location twice, only a second time because we got compensated for a free stay. First time staying was terrible from checking in to checking out. I booked a king bedroom with a jacuzzi for one night, upon arrival I was notified they didn’t even have those rooms available and haven’t in awhile because they were all booked for some time. So I paid to stay in a king room but then was put in a double bed room which was less money than what I spent. When asking how to go about a refund I was given the run around and was basically told they wouldn’t be refunding me but would issue me a certificate for a free room, which was still kind to do, but I however wanted my money back for the experience I received. The manger Angela I believe her name was, could care less about the customers and would barley even let me speak about my poor experience and just basically shut me up with a free stay. Fast forward it is August 25th & now I am being charged for the fee of my “free room”. The all around experience from stepping in trying to get a room to leaving & just wanting to say my peace was incredibly ridiculous and I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone. I don’t even write reviews but definitely felt the need to for this place. When trying to get back in contact with Angela for a refund multiple times of calling, I was told she wasn’t available every single time & was never given a call back (it was days)I would’ve never felt the need to write a review if someone in that hotel had just listened and apologized for my experience, instead I was ignored.

The staff was beyond wonderful! Angie the GM is truthfully the best! I was in a tough situation and she allowed our stay to be immaculate and worked with us patiently with during the tough time!Rooms: rooms looked amazing and slept wonderfully!Nearby activities: local parks, movies and restaurant near by!Safety: Staff was insured of the safety of every guest no matter the situation!Walkability: great walking distance to any need possible!Food & drinks: The breakfast bar is amazing and delicious!

CLEAN older hotel with warm friendly staff. Plenty of free parking and free cookies. We were warmly greeted by a taller gentleman and younger pretty friendly female. Our room was ready early! I think it was 2:30 when we arrived. The pool is small but hit the spot after a long day of driving. Breakfast was quick I had bacon, eggs coffee and fruit. Easy out off 27 to 50. Great stay for a night!

It's ok. Front desk staff are a bit lax. They are often camped out in front of the TV and don't want to be bothered. A bit of a challenge getting there off 50.

In Clermont for FHSAA State Finals, our crew scheduled for 11:30 game, due to rescheduling was moved to 4:30 game needed room for another night Booked our reservation for one night, The front desk personnel was excellent in helping us get another room even though they was sold out status, they both went the extra step and let us keep the room that we was in. Very professional, young lady Ana and Max displayed excellent customer service. Will recommend this place and staff to anyone visiting Legends field softball complex. Hotel is clean well kept and comfortable.

We only stayed for 1 night while doing business in Orlando. Quiet and easy parking . The bed was ok and the room was very clean.

Excellent hotel! Staff is great and very friendly! Rooms are very comfortable! Breakfast has lots of options. They also have a non dairy milk option!

Stayed here as I have family and friends in the area we wanted to visit before our cruise. The hotel was very easy to find and close to the Turnpike. There were lots of businesses around as well. Parking was plenty and we were able to park very near to our room. The room was clean and comfortable. The shower water pressure was awesome! Staff seemed to be cleaning something every time we left our room. I would stay here on future visits to the Clermont and Winter Garden area.
