“From day 1 I started going to Ace for bait to fish in the small lake in the back of my son’s house in Clermont my customer experience has been “Top Notch” from all of the employees there. My wife and I & my grandson came down a second time to Clermont to stay and of course we went to Ace for our bait. The gentleman I met the first time, Ryan, has been exceptional when it comes to customer service. After a few trips of getting bait, I had one mishap with the bait. I called and spoke to Ryan and advised me to come back on their next delivery of bait and he will take care of it. We’ll, this gentleman is a man of his word. I purchased some bait and he replenished the ones that where lost. Whenever I visit my family here in Clermont I’ll be coming to this Ace for all of my home, garden and of course my fishing needs. By the way my grandson caught a 6.9lb bass and I caught a 7.4lb bass using Ace shiners. Thanks again Ryan for everything you’ve done for me and my family during our stay in Clermont.”

“I went to the garden center last weekend to pick out a few plants to replace the ones my mom had out by her pool. As you can tell from the picture, it really needed a refresh! I wanted everything to be in pairs and I needed help finding matching plants to what I already had as well as several new ones! Avian works in the garden center there and assisted me in finding some beautiful plants. I know nothing about planting and she really helped pick everything and explained how to plant them properly and keep them alive lol! She was very knowledgeable and detailed and really steered me in the right direction! She's so pleasant and a joy to work with! I really appreciated her taking the time with me and not rushing me with this big project! I was there for over an hour and she assisted me the entire time! I think the results came out beautiful thanks so much to Avian!”

“To the Lowe's in Winter Garden, Florida, and Clermont Fl.Please hire more qualified people.It is very obvious that both locations are understaffed and under qualified. I see nothing has changed. I went shopping today, and it seems to be worse. No employees to be found. They are all on the computer doing training or in the break room. Or they just don't have any employees. When you can find an employee, they are so busy and hate what they do.”

“The staff at this location are wonderful. Stop by there on my way to a freight and shipping company to pick up a screwdriver. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The store is so nice and clean, the parking lot is so well kept and everything in the store is arranged so properly that even though I walk with a cane and have balance issues, I was able to navigate my way around the store with ease.And they had A&W root beer in the glass bottle.”
