Only good thing I can say is Kevin is knowledgeable and came to repair my heater hose quickly. Prices were very high, I was quoted almost 500$ to replace a broken heater hose and fix the hood strut.
The day he replaced my hose I was told there was a small leak in the radiator which was strange because it was located in the middle of the radiator. He quoted me $1000 cash and told me he would have to tow my car to his shop, keep it for 2 days and they would have to charge me 8 hours of labor. I had several other quotes after and all of them told me that was an unreasonable amount and should not take that long. I went with another mechanic who did a great job at replacing the radiator in my driveway.

I think it is great this mechanic uses ALLDATA for quotes, but there is no way I would have known if this mechanic would have over charged me for the 7.7 hours of labor with my vehicle at his property, which did not seem to need a lift to remove the front bumper, etc and pull out a radiator based on what other mechanics have said and shown me.
I was charged 2.1 hours for the labor and placement of the hood strut and assembly hose, even though the job for the placement was roughly done in 1 hour and 10 minutes (looking at my blink camera from 5:09 pm to 6:19pm). So basically I was charged double for labor at this appointment. The leak found was from the broken heater hose by my father and MOTHER. The radiator leak was found AFTER he replaced the ASSMEBLY HOSE ? which was located in the middle of the radiator and looked like a pin hole leak caused by a puncture rather then overheating, which was strange because several mechanics told me it usually will leak on the sides if there was damage due to over heating. I was NOT told he was not charging me for the tow, the tow was actually in the breakdown Sophie gave me over the phone, so if he was not charging me for that she should have stated that.
If you want a master mechanic that will charge you double the cost and double the labor, he’s your guy.

This was by far the best experience I've ever had getting my car fixed. The price was completely reasonable (significantly lower than my usual mechanic) and they come to your house. I called them on a whim because my usual mechanic wasn't open on Sunday. They were able to be over to my house in less than an hour and had my car fixed within 30 mintues. I had looked into fixing the issue myself and im glad I didn't because the information I found on YouTube was not accurate. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and quickly identified the correct way to access the area under the dash and fixed it.
I plan to use them all the time going forward.

This business is a rare gem, especially in the times we are in! Kevin, a very experienced (certifications if you ask), honest, and punctual mechanic showed up to help fix our A/C issue. Not only did he give us a fair price, he fixed the issue and didn’t give us any shady talk regarding what it could or couldn’t be. I will be going through Grizzly Auto Mobile service from here on out. Plus, shout out to Sophie, as she was super nice and easy to deal with as far as scheduling goes. I recommend, 5 star service and def support the Clermont small businesses!
