I'm just getting into the whiskey game, starting my collection late in life. I've been browsing and researching for the most part during the last few months, getting an idea of what I want to start with. I've probably hit up about a dozen or so shops around Central Florida to get a feel for availability and price.
This shop is miles beyond all the others in the area. Great selection and unbelievable prices. All of the other shops, my comment to myself was "they want how much for that?". For Golden Ox, they hit the mark on everything I was looking for. I've bought 4 bottles over 2 trips so far, and this place is definitely my first go-to moving forward.

Golden OX liquors off of citrus Tower Boulevard is a great store to buy your alcohol from. The store is always clean. The staff is very courteous and kind they go out of their way to serve you. If they don't have something they can order it for you, and get it in, in a timely manner. The owners are really good people along with the staff. although the store is small, compared to a lot of other big chain stores liquor stores, they have a large selection to choose from. Pricing is also very, very reasonable. it is highly convenient in a good location with Publix within walking distance. I am always greeted with a friendly hello every time I go to this store. they even have a bitcoin ATM in the back. The lighting in the store is good. It is bright enough to see the whole selection of products they have to offer. I happily endorse this store and recommend it to anybody looking to buy alcohol. Like I said, the staff is very courteous and knowledgeable, and can get you anything you need, if they do not have it in stock, I know this because they have done it for me, and now they keep it in stock. It's always there when I go into the store. thank you golden ox liquors for making my shopping experience with you pleasurable! Five stars all the way!

Ordered a 5.25L fireball keg on doordash. Received a 1.75L bottle of fireball. Doordash nor the store are willing to give me a refund of the price difference due to the severe overpayment. Forcing me to dispute with credit card company.
