We recently stayed at a DISNEY WORLD hotel and ordered some items from Garden Grocer, specifically Mickey Ice Cream Bars. Our flight was delayed so we got to the room fairly late in the day, but we knew the hotel would hold our groceries for us. When we opened the box of ice cream bars, we found that they had melted. I emailed Garden Grocer to let them know. They called me the next day and replaced the ice cream bars at no additional cost. As it turns out, the hotel was responsible and had put the bars in the refrigerator instead of the freezer. I really appreciated that Garden Grocer made the replacement even though it wasn't their fault they had melted. I will definitely use Garden Grocer in the future.

I have counted on garden grocer delivery for all my Disney trips for 10 plus years and they have never let me down! On time and beautiful produce.. what more can you ask?

After using Garden Grocer a few times with minimal issues, I attempted to change an order and with no response I was forced to cancel before I lost the entire purchase. The company stated they were issuing a refund and it may take 30 days. After more than 30 days I needed to inquire and they stated they could not refund me due to their card processor changing from one company to another. They are not offering any acceptable alternative. There are other better options available now in the area, use those instead.

Wouldn't recommend. My order came with missing items, which they didn't tell me but still charged me. When asked for the refund, they were very slow to respond (never ansered phone or returned voicemails), everthing was done though email. kept referring me to others, kept saying it was pay pals fault (even though I didn't use pay pal). Finally contacted my bank and got the refund in two days after waiting 35 days for garden grocer to do something.

Very disappointed with Garden Grocer. We have used them often in the past and were very satisfied but our my last experience was unforgiving. On October 20, 2023 my wife was diagnosed with a detached retina and her retinologist scheduled an immediate surgery the next day. We were scheduled to fly to Disney World the next day. I needed to cancel all our arrangements including Disney World, United Airlines, Mears Connect and Garden Grocer. All were very sympathetic. Garden Grocer sent me an email stating that they would be issuing me a refund In a few days. It is now January 3, 2024 and I have received no refund. I sent several emails asking the status of the refund, but the only answer I get are Crickets. It looks like they will not be keeping to their word and provide a refund due to an unplanned emergency situation. If I do eventually receive a refund I will add to this review but I Don't feel confident it will happen. Extremely Disappointed Customer. Dave G.

Excellent service! The folks at Garden Grocer are so kind and helpful. The earlier you place an order, the higher the discount they offer. They also offer next day delivery for an additional fee. Really appreciated having our groceries delivered to our Disney resort even earlier than expected! Our groceries even beat us there!

Excellent service. We always use Garden Grocer when we stay at Disney. They deliver our groceries on time and their prices are very competitive. Our orders have always been correct. We highly recommend them.

Awesome Delivery Services. I placed my order and they called to confirm the order. When the order was delivered, they called to confirm the delivery. Everything was stored for me at Bell Services until I was in my room. I called Bell Services and they delivered i to my room. Everything was in my order. This is a great service. I will continue to use them in the future.

Our WDW stay was immeasurably easier, healthier, and less expensive thanks to Garden Grocer. We loaded up on familiar snacks and meals for the kids, which made our vacation experience so much more enjoyable all around. It gets so tiring, repetitive, and costly to buy every snack and meal from the parks and resorts: far better to be able to pick and choose favorites to splurge on from Disney while having reliable grocery options for everything in-between!

The only advantage is early ordering otherwise way overpriced, awful website, terrible selection. Ended up needing to Instacart the stuff garden grocer forgot (apparently they didnt mind charging for 2 and delivering one)or cancelled due to being out of stock. Thing is if I'm ordering a month in advance why don't you have what i ordered? In the future no way it's use again
