Requested style: Got a Pedicure for me and my husband $55. each. I got my own nail, cuticle removed, no polish 25 but she call that a manicure. I thought a manicure was removal of cuticles the fake nails and painting of the nail. REALLY anyways, so my husband got a $10. wax so we got ready to pay she changed us $165. If you do the math it adds to $140 she changed us $25. I told my husband not to pay her a tip because she already charged us gratuity . She looks at me and say no no gratuity. I responded yes you changed us $25. extra dollars so consider that your tip and we walked away.

I bounce around Clermont and Groveland trying to find the right nail stylist. I've been to Friends before and felt that the prices were a little higher than the other places, so I haven't been back in a while. When I needed my nails done this time, I thought I'd give them another try. I wish I hadn't. I don't know if my stylish was mad that I only wanted dip and not a manicure, or if this is how she is normally, but she was so rough that I almost walked out with one hand done. I have 2 fingers that are still bleeding today, and the nails look terrible if you look up close. They appear all black from a distance, so at least there is that. I wasn't even offered something to staunch the blood after she clipped away my finger next to the cuticle. I know it's my fault for staying, but all I could think of was explaining to another salon why I had one hand naked and the other looking terrible and bleeding. In the end, I was charged $75 for a dip and a sticker on each hand, even though I told her only two fingers and she kept insisting.

What a great pedicure. The guy, really took his time and gave me a great leg and foot massage! I just had the regular pedicure, but a had a sugar scrub, moisture massage and then an oil, followed by hot towels! ❤️❤️❤️❤️,

I just paid $50 for eyebrow waxing for 2 people. Last time I was here, I paid $225 for my daughter's manicure. This place definitely gone money hungry riping off

Very disappointed with this nail salon and will never go back. I will also never recommend them to anyone. My friend recommended me to go which I took my daughter on 1/31 for her 11th birthday as a surprise to have dip. They were very nice when we arrived but the nail tech who did my daughter’s nails seemed like she was in a rush to get them done. She wanted hearts on her nails which I figured would have been painted but NO they used stickers. This would have been okay if they weren’t raised and didn’t peel or slide. The top coat also immediately was messed up and no longer shiny on several nails. For $65 this is ridiculous. My friend who recommended us called and let them know and told her to bring her in and they would fix it. Fast forward to today…my friend took her in as they said, they fixed her nails but then CHARGED her full price $60!!!!! Never have I had such a poor experience with a nail salon and poor customer service to fix what was wrong.

Friends Nails Salon has been amazing, when I got my first set of acrylic at a different place I was scared to get them again as they came out so bad. I came here to try and see if they could fix them and was amazed at the results, I have come back multiple times since to get my nails done. They have been very sweet and make sure I was happy before I left. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

Great nail salon. Amazing service by Amy. I have seen her a few times now and she always takes her time and is very detailed. Her massage is very nice and relaxing and my pedicure always looks great.

I have been loyal to this salon for about 8 years now. Even when they are slammed if you walk in they take their time with you. I appreciate that. I am there for an experience, not a change in nail color. And they always remember to ask about my mom (she passed away last month) and the rest of my family if I am in there alone. Not everyone remembers who your family members are but they do. It's the little things.Services: Foot massages
