Warning to all: If you wish to purchase a Ford go to any other Ford Dealership other than Ford of Clermont. If you must use this dealership, make sure you demand copies of ALL conversations/negotiations. This dealership conveniently loses agreed price and then charges for items that were on the "lost" paperwork. Do not believe what your sales rep/manager tells you. My truck was so new it did not have a sticker. I was told that my truck had upgrades that were not on the truck. Service Dept. is no better. After having my truck for 3 days work was not completed even though I received 2 emails stating it was ready. I was without transportation for 4 days. It was not ready because I was told the bed topper could not be found. Yet, a worker said to me that it was there on the floor.

Where does one even start? I brought my F-150 into dealership after my backup camera stopped working. All others 365 cameras were good. After a month they not only have not fixed issue but now have cause all 365 cameras to stop working. They troubleshoot one part at a time, order what they believe is an issue, it takes 5-7 days to arrive then another 24 hours to install to then find out that's not the issue and begin the cycle again. This is ridiculous, ias i m to dealership instead of a local mechanic thinking Ford knew better than anyone what the issue was the first time. I was very, very wrong.

This dealership is very dishonest in advertising and statements. Please be aware before wasting your time going to this dealership. Their price online at auto trader was "a mistake". I understood that. I was given one price and then called again to question the online price that was on THEIR website. I was told again it was a mistake and was given a different price this time. I was told all fees were included in the price but tax and tag. Then somehow the out the door price was near 10,000 above the listed price. 4,500 over the lowest corrected price I was given AND an extra 2,200 above just tax and tag being added. I was told sorry all "reasonable effort is made to be transparent and correct". Forgive me but that is not true. Beware of this dishonest company. Kelsey key and Nelson Merced were those giving out the incorrect information just so that those shopping can be aware. Although, I wouldn't trust anyone at this dealership

My car died on the side of the road and wouldn't start, no major issues previously. I took my 2021 Ford Escape to Ford of Clermont on 9/11/23. Zach my service advisor told me I needed a new engine and it would cost around $9k because I am 5k miles over my warranty. They didn't give me much information but said they found metal in the oil. I declined the service and had it towed to another shop for a second opinion. The shop I got it towed to did not find any metal as they had stated and found that it was a simple fuse issue. Ford also took off my engine cover and is now saying it didn't have one when they received it, even though they are the only ones who have serviced it. They have had multiple people reach out to me to see if I want to trade in my vehicle but cannot answer the phone to discuss how shady they were. I am a young female and I feel as though they thought they could easily sell me a new engine. I would NOT recommend them.

Service department is hit or miss and when they miss they miss big. Took my Maverick in because it begins to shake terribly at approximately 78 mph. Picked it up to find out they troubleshot it and tested it at 70mph with no problems. Makes perfect sense. I didn't drop it off with a problem at 70mph. Save yourself the trouble and find a different service department.

Usually car dealerships are the worst, but Ford of Clermont is really stepping it up with renovations and good people. Cameron at Quick Lane today was dealing with techs not showing up, but they got 6-8 people in and out in just over an hour. The people who were here working were moving fast and working hard. Thanks Cameron Elliott!

The service Dept is horrible no communication with customers,you have to call they for updates. Had my car there for three days and not once did Frank in service call me with updates I had to intiate all communication. Then thats when I got any update on my car.

Ripped off let's start I had a no start problem with my truck. I'm Canadian they had my truck 4 weeks no whiten quote just told me over the phone I nee a body control module. and there were none available anywhere. i trusted there diagnostic but I was wrong to do so. 4 weeks after waiting and trying myself to locate parts and have them sent out for repair that it was not necessary. spending $500 trying to find my own parts so I could get home. every thing I dropped off did not help my situation. till a friend said let's go get it. and with a screwdriver my buddy started the truck. a mobIe mechanic got me on way to Canada with a simple wire a switch. now back in Canada a Ford dealership fixed it with a 10 cent fuse!! i would not recommend anyone take there cars there I payed $2200 for nothing my name is Tony Addorisio
