The interior light had fell out of my Nissan, I had bought a new part but couldn’t get it installed. Ford Collision of Clermont installed it in 5 min no charge. Even on a holiday… they were friendly and did the job immediately. I highly recommend them.

I got in a accident which totaled my car. They could either deem it a total loss, or fix it. I think they made the decision to help me because of the state of the car market, which was extremely generous! They even paint matched the new hood and bumper exactly to look like my custom paint! They had it for about a month and I was overjoyed to finally get "Carl" back. The only problem is it wasn't fixed. The engine overheated and started smoking on the way home. It took me a month and a half of fighting to get them to take it back and they've had it for just under a month with NO updates! I totally understand why they are disappointed and don't want to take my car back, and I'm especially disappointed I haven't been able to drive for over 3 months! But regardless I'm still very disappointed. I know they were breaking the rules so I could have my car back, and I certainly don't want to see someone fired over this, but I do need a car sooner rather than later.P.s I cannot have a rental because I am under 18 by 2 months. At this point I might be driving a rental before I get my car back :'(

They get two stars for fixing my car. I had a tire come off a truck and broke my bottom bumper of my car. I took it to their shop and they sent me down the hill to the collision center. The appraiser was very nice. I have some paint chips on my car so I asked him to quote also touchup to repair paint chips. He said if it is just touch up we will take care of it. He said he would order the parts Monday, they should be in Wednesday and my car would be ready Thursday. Friday I called to ask for an update and the person said someone would call me right back. I got a call back on Monday. Person said he was confirming that I was not going through insurance. Once again said parts would be in on Wednesday. Seems like they forgot to order my parts. I called again on Friday and told again I would get a call back. No call back so I called again Monday twice and got transferred to the estimator. He said my car was in paint right now and so it would be ready tomorrow. I got excited in that he was fixing my paint chips. I get a call Tuesday late afternoon to pick up my car. I had to go first thing the next morning due to a storm coming in. They would not be in the office long. I pick up my car and noticed that the paint chips were not fixed. The part of my car would not have needed painting so this means I was lied to when they said my car was in paint. They had just not even started my repairs yet. Two stars due to repairs were completed accurately. Just losing points for being forgotten and lied to.

The best collision center I have ever had the deal with.Ruben and his staff are amazing to work with they help me with the rent a car they helped me with my insurance company geico insurance is extremely difficult to work with but Ruben made it easy he was able to communicate for me.Geico did not communicate to me at all...It is one of the worst insurance companies to deal with but thanks to Ruben and his staff they made everything a pleasure 5 stars in my book.

My car was wrecked in Panama City fl, which was a great imposition since we live in Clermont. We were given the run around for a month from the body shop there and was told they couldn't even give a proper estimate til July 29. Allstate contracted Ford Collision Center to tow my car to their shop in Clermont I can't say enough good things about Ford Collision. Totally professional. Great customer service and communication. And my car looks great and is repaired in less than a month. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Im giving them 2 stars because the finished product was actually very professional. That being said, the process was a nightmare. Don reflects very poorly on this business, because to be quite frank, he lied on multiple occasions. He originally told me that it would be by the end of the week it would be finished, everything was done and it was waiting on the bed to be finished and put back on, I put back on. I drove up myself to check on progress and nothing had been done. It was almost a month after that we finally got our truck back. The insurance company had stopped payment on our rental because it took so long to repair, so Ford said they would pick up the bill for the rental until the truck was done. Ok, good, 3 weeks later I get a call from Enterprise telling me that the truck was late and I had a $600 balance. So I called Don, BIG MISTAKE. He never called to let them know that Ford was to be billed, so I thought he would immediately remedy it. Again, wishful thinking. He never did, Enterprise had to call them to straighten everything out. Bottom line is the repair is 5/5. The Communication and professionalism by Don -5/5Service: Body & Trim

My 2007 Nissan Pathfinder was involved in a motor vehicle accident. My insurance company recommended Ford of Clermont, Collision Center. Met with their Manager, Tyler Perkins. Tyler is a man of his word. Performed all of the work in the time frame quoted, & at the quoted price. He didn't attempt to do any unnecessary work or to up the price. Just great collision work. He even came up with a perfect paint match for my 14 year Pathfinder. Thank you Tyler.

Took my truck back for unfit work (paint). Dropped off Monday. Work completed Tuesday by 11am. Called trying to find out when I can pickup. Wednesday 3pm. Still no return call. I think they just want me to think they are still working on it. I only hope it's cleaner then when I got it back the first time. Lack of communication.
