This was my first time at Flying Scissors. I was welcomed warmly at the salon by the front desk. They quickly checked me and my stylist Taylor was able to start me early. She was wonderful! I showed her some photos of the cut I was looking for and we talked a bit more about what I was looking for; she did not disappoint. The conversation was great and the atmosphere and the finished cut was amazing! I highly recommend Taylor and Flying Scissors for all of your styling and beauty needs! Went to flying scissors salon today for the first time and the staff is very very nice and warm. My hair stylist was Allie and she was fantastic, did exactly what I wanted and taught me how to enhance my hair style. I most definitely recommend and I will be going again ☺️

My first visit to Flying Scissors salon was definitely not my last. I didn't catch the name of the girl at the desk but she was super efficient and very nice. I then met my stylist,Allie,and she is fantastic and so genuinely friendly! She first listened to what I wanted done and then quoted me the very reasonable price. The salon itself is also really cute and comfortable. Flying Scissors and Allie will have all my business in the future. I highly recommend them!

I chose this salon because I see customers walking out with GREAT hair! I was nervous to leave my other shop and try a new one but I am very happy I did. I booked online and chose a stylist based on her bio and area of expertise . Julia listened to me careful and made sure she knew exactly what I was looking for . Good haircuts, inconsistent pricing.I'll start by saying the haircuts are always good, and the staff is very friendly. But, we have been 3 times this year to get my son's hair cut (same cut, #4 guard on the sides and back, scissor cut the top, but different pricing each time). The price for a kids cut is $18 and up, so I understand it varies. The first time in February, it was $22. His hair was longer, so I anticipated it being a little more. Then, in May, it was $18, which seemed fair since it was shorter. But a few weeks ago, it was $37, again, for the same exact haircut. I was surprised when checking out and asked about the price difference. They informed me that next time, I could book with a barber instead of a stylist. I let them know the price doubled, and we have always used a stylist. They informed me that the stylist we used this time was a higher end stylist. If that's the case, people should be notified on the front end. I will know to ask during booking going forward. Again, the haircut was good, and people were very friendly, just surprised the cost doubled.

This was my first experience at this salon. I had April doing my hair. I went from blonde to red and I am absolutely in LOVE. April did an amazing job and was super friendly and talked to me the whole time. I will absolutely be scheduling with April again next time. I saw good reviews, so i went for it. Got an appointment with Shannon. She actually listened to what i wanted and offered her expertise in how to keep my hair healthy. Shannon was professional, friendly, and had a gentle hand. I could have fallen asleep! I'll definitely be coming back to see Shannon

I seriously cannot recommend this salon enough. I felt so welcomed here and for the first time EVER I didn’t feel like I was being up-charged to oblivion. I have curtain bangs and just need them trimmed every so often without all the bells and whistles and yet every salon I tried was charging me the price of a full haircut no matter if I declined washing in the beginning or styling at the end. But this salon FINALLY listened to me and I felt like I was finally being charged a fair amount for the services I was asking not to mention Roger my stylist did a fantastic job. I loved all the cute merchandise they sell here as well and how friendly everyone was. This salon is 45 minutes from me but I will ABSOLUTELY be coming back for all of my hair needs because it’s that good.Service: Bang trim

I hadn't had a hair cut in some time. I was cutting it myself and that made my hair all chopped up. I didn't expect much from Roger being that my hair was so uneven. I would have been happy if he just cut it real short to cover the hack job that I did. But to my amazement, Roger this an excellent job and my hair came out great. He has years of experience and it shows. I will go back to Roger in a few weeks.

Moved to Clermont 2019. Hated leaving my hair colorist in Georgia (client since 1986)! I’ve had my hair done by four technicians (all local businesses). I was convinced no one could do the job - until my first appointment with Brandy! She listens and has the knowledge, skills and ability to highlight long hair - she does a great job cutting as well.Service: Hair coloring
