I had been more than seven years and lately when the one who looks for the place his name is Carlos is very mean and raise my payment 3 times in 4 months and didn’t care, my place outside is dirty and full of ants, I’m do disappointed after many years. I lost my key also and didn’t get any help from them I needed to pay 50 dlls after all these years I had been paying. They don’t care ☹️.

I've been here for a little over a year now. I've had zero problems. Carlos and Chad are great. The 2 chief complaints I have and that I've heard from numerous others are
#1 NO AFTER HOURS RESTROOM.
#2 THE GATE.
It's aggravating constantly having to reposition your vehicle, or exit your vehicle, to punch in a code TO LEAVE. I'm right by the gate and I hear people cussing constantly. Keeping the gate open during business hours and not entering a code to exit would be greatly appreciated by all of us.
Other than those two issues. I recommend Florida Discount Storage to all. They're professional, the place is always clean, and there are security cameras everywhere.

Do not use this storage facility. The employees here are nasty and mean and literally I have had the worst experience ever with a storage place. I was literally forced into tears multiple times by the workers here. I've nedeuzĥ

Carlos is a true professional and goes above and beyond for you. He makes sure your unit is cleaned and sprayed before you move in , Explained everything and is very thorough in his job. He is easy to talk to and simplified the process. JUST GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE so I HIGHLY recommend asking for CARLOS .

I was very happy with my rental. The staff was super friendly when I arrived the process was very quick and easy my unit was clean upon my arrival. I did not notice any bugs were any other pests. The team was also super responsive over email actually within minutes of me sending a message which is very amazing for a company nowadays. I would highly recommend this place

Great Facility! It's clean, secure, and well priced. I have various family that stores here. Clay is awesome and has taken care of us all! It's a perfect location being so close to the turnpike as well. Highly recommended.
