I tried to contact FedEx because their system shows a different address for my mattress. All you get is an automated that hangs up. No way to get through to a person to correct the issue. Their system totally sucks.

Had a great experience here. Had to overnight ship some items for work but I haven't really ever done that before. Lucy was very helpful and helped me from start to finish and made the process brief and efficient. She was very friendly and my orders arrived on time. Recommend this facility.

You can't complain about the customer service because their is none. I was in the store for at least 30 minutes and was not taken care of. UPS is efficient, fast, and friendly. Fed Ex a big disappointment.
