After getting into an accident, my insurance helped me get a car through this Enterprise. The customer service I received was very good and throughout the weeks of renting from them, the communication had been very well and they were very easy to work with. I definitely would use them again in the future if needed.

This 5 star review is for Kyle Castro who helped us in a pinch on a recent trip. We were from out of town and our minivan needed to be serviced. Enterprise was close to the dealership, and we were shuttled to the store. They had one car and it wasn't available for renting. Kyle could have easily just apologized and had us call an uber to go to another rental place. Instead he took it upon himself to get the vehicle ready. He cleaned and washed it himself, even though this was not his responsibility. You can imagine after a series of unanticipated events, how appreciative we were that he went above and beyond for us in that moment! Thank you again, Kyle!

I rented two times with Enterprise within a two-month period. Of the two rentals, the one handled by Branch Manager Mehdi Ouriagli was outstanding! He was able to relieve my stress/annoyance which came from the prior rental with Enterprise. Mr Ouriagli expertly arranged a new car for my husband and I, and gave us one immediately because he happened to have one on his lot that fit our category of rentals. He was SO nice, and courteous which I did not expect. He patiently listened to our issue which had to do with our original car getting recalled (due to it being a Toyota Highlander), and he got us a new vehicle (Jeep Cherokee) which was perfect for my tall husband! I wish all the people were as competent and nice as Mehdi Ouriagli. I feel a commendation is in order since most attendants at these rental agencies are not always this nice. Thank you, I will shop again with Enterprise.

I can understand why the reviews are so bad. Poor doesn’t even begin to describe how bad the customer service was. I have NEVER been treated so horribly in my life. The fact this was considered acceptable behavior from anyone is beyond me. Let’s start with some background. I had an issue with one of my cars and the dealership was covering the repairs and a rental car. They were able to get something through enterprise. I have never used enterprise so this was a first experience with them and I can confirm at this time that it will be my last. Pick up was easy enough. I opted for the extra coverage when I picked up the vehicle and paid for 10 days up front. Once I realized it would be a long term rental I called customer service to have said coverage removed, got passed around and was finally told “no problem we’ll update that for you.” No word from the store or anyone. Then started getting charges to my card so I called customer service again. Once again received blatantly rude reps. Had to call back three times to get one person on the phone to handle the situation. Nothing was said about needing to go back to the store. Not. One. Word. Finally we return the car after a month. They slam me with a $900 charge. This was at the beginning of November. Called the store and the manager gave me as many excuses as he could and said I’d need to come into the store. I work for a living and this is something that should’ve been a one phone call issue. Finally had to go into the store and the same manager tells me they can only refund $250 because of company policy. I told him I wanted a call from his boss or someone who could actually do the refund. This was mid November. After hearing nothing again for a week or two I called and the manager said he was “working on it.” Finally I called back before Christmas and he offered me $400. Still not the $900 I’m owed so I said I’m still waiting on a call from his boss. Proceed to not hear anything again until after the holidays when I call. Two days later, I get a call from Ana from corporate who had the WORST attitude problem of all. After one conversation with her, I can understand why this store is so poorly run. ZERO knowledge of hospitality or customer service. She was dismissive, rude, and generally just a miserable human being who was mad she had to actually do her job. If you have to speak with her, I’m sorry. After telling her that “no” wasn’t an option on this she refunded half and apparently expected me to treat her like it was this great favor. Ma’am you still owe me the other half. You called me at work so I didn’t have time to deal with you. Either way, if you have to rent a car then don’t do it here. Don’t go with Enterprise as a whole. I would rather go to the camping section in Walmart and stock up on hiking equipment and walk to my destination than use Enterprise again. They treat their customers like garbage and can’t solve a problem to save a life. Walking is healthier and will cause less emotional pain and stress than dealing with this lot of incompetent individuals.

The employees of Enterprise Clermont are great! Excellent experience every time I rent at this location. The only improvement would be pickup service within a 15 minute drive.

When do I need to rent a car? I always go to the Clermont office. They are very friendly, the cars are clean, and they are always on time. I really appreciate having an office in a small town like Clermont.
