At first the exhaust I ordered wasn’t in stock and I had to call them for them to tell me that I had to wait till December for it to be shipped. Then only half my spacer order was sent at a time. Finally when I got my package my exhaust was dented and the tips were bent. Overall bad experience and will not be shopping here again. They wanted to go through ups but by that time I had the item on the car. They gave me 40$ and said “most stores wouldn’t do this”. I spent over 1000$ and this is the treatment I get.

I spoke with Wes in the sales department who was incredibly helpful in sourcing the parts for my Nissan S13. So happy they actually have a phone number to call and speak with a live, knowledgeable, person! The transaction was flawless and I can't wait for my new parts!

Dealt with their customer service department and they were absolutely amazing. Worked with me and Tein to inquire about replacement parts for a set of Street Advance Z’s I had. Nothing but great things to say about their customer service department. Very happy and will definitely continue to do business with these guys.

I had an issue with the taillights being cracked on my order due to shipping. They fully covered and gave me a new replacement even though it wasn’t their fault. Honestly a great company, I will be purchasing from here in the future.

One of, if not the BEST customer service I’ve ever received! Tommy responded immediately to my concerns about shipping and then took it up a notch, he contacted the manufacturer to confirm shipping which led to technical issues he also took care of for me. Best customer service I ever received, i had ordered a silver isr single exit for my genesis coupe but it was on back order and they told me when they were expecting a shipment, so the day of the shipment i reached back out to see any updates and Chris Kahler emailed me back to let me know that he doesn’t understand why they haven’t received the shipment so he got the exhaust swapped for a isr blue tip single exit , covered the difference, shipped out and now it is on the way! will definitely be ordering from here again!

I have ordered from Enjuku Racing several times and have had a fantastic experience each time. The customer service that Chris provided was above and beyond… I think he may have been flirting with me. His voice sounded pretty hot over the phone. Love you Chris!!
