I've known the owner for a very long time since before she owned the salon she's the reason I came to her new salon- but after going two days ago I don't know if I will be back. One of her employees did an amazing job on my toes with acrylic over a month ago and I never even asked her to figure out who it was, but she rudely kept saying to me I don't know who it is I don't know who it is you have to tell me.
When I came into the salon she was extremely rude. I don't know how to explain it, Dawn owns the business and she needs to start treating her customers a bit better. The lady who did do my toes this time also did a horrific job, it was BAD. I went to another Salon the next day to get the acrylic fixed on my big toe. I'm only leaving this review because I don't feel how I was treated as a customer was nice or okay. And I only left a 20% tip because the pedicure was not at all what I've experienced in the past from her salon. Do better please.

Been coming to this place now for almost 7 months and I really like this place! Great work, great service, and great prices! I love to go to Daisy. Her shaping is great and her design skills meet my expectations every time. Recently went in for a removal and the man doing my removal drilled into my natural nail. Extremely damaged my nail bed after working hard on maintaining healthy nail. Drilled so far into my nail bed that it almost reached skin. The entire staff is very friendly but I feel like due to the damage I need to let others aware.

do not go to this nail salon three times it took for them to do my nail went to put on tips with acrylic. The second day the polish is peeling off went back. They fixed four of them. The next day after the others were peeling and the one they fixed started peeling again. It was horrible and embarrassing. I work for a big company that I deal with so much customer service and the thing my client always look at your nails never recommend anyone to Go to that nail salon

The young lady that did my nails was very nice..however I noticed their lack of sterilization..they merely sprayed instruments with alcohol..I ask for my nails to be round..I got the most square I've seen for round..& nail tech removed my gel color not the bottom coat & just brushed over..never had my nails done like this before..always removed & start from the beginning..I had to keep saying cut short..won't be back..I need someone who has time for me & values me as a customer!

I don’t normally get my nails done but decided to do so in April. Today was my third time because I wanted to have three different people do my nails each time to see who I liked best when doing my nails. Not fully satisfied the three times I’ve gone. Sometimes I felt rushed when asked to pick a color, or if a nail seemed wrong someone got frustrated when I asked if they can fix it. Today, I got charged $30 for a refill instead of $25. My fault because I realized after I paid I never said anything. As an employee and owner, you should know better and know what to charge your customers especially if your website has the set prices. I wish this nail salon the best and maybe get educated on customer service and how best to serve customers especially when they are bringing you business. Blessings.

I went there yesterday for a pedicure and had a little older lady and she asked me 5 times if I wanted gel and I explained nicely I don't want gel, I wear work boots most days and just wanted a little me time. She did them and they needed an extra coat and had bubbles and said that it was cause of the polish and why this is why I should of got gel, when they could of just used another coat cause I could still see the nail :( I'm shy as it is, so I don't like being bullied into something I don't want and then blame the polish for the work not being done correctly.
