Device doctors is the real deal. Took my phone there after UbreakIfix failed to identify the problem with my phone and ended up costing me money unnecessarily. Device doctors identified the exact chip component in the motherboard of my phone that was causing my issues at NO CHARGE in about an hour. Exceptional service.

I waited a while to post this review because the problem that I had with my tv would sometimes work and sometimes not work; so I wanted to give it time to see if it is actually fixed! First of all, everyone here is incredibly kind, educated, communicative, and professional. I had two items that needed repair; a Nintendo switch and a tv. The Nintendo switch is now good as new and works perfectly. The tv is what I’m really impressed with! It’s a $2000 tv so of course I didn’t just wanna buy a new one cause this one kept freezing and shutting off while in use. Matthew took his time troubleshooting until he found the issue; he communicated with me about the pricing and what he needed to order to fix the problem before he moved forward. He was so spot on and fixed our issue! The tv works perfectly! I cannot recommend device doctorz enough! I am sooooo very grateful to them! Thank you!!!!

I’ve used them to fix my personal laptop and phone and have always been pleased with everything.Now, about this review, I recently needed a serious upgrade to my tech to meet my demands and did some shopping around but couldn't find what I was looking for. Long story short I spoke with Device Doctorz and discussed with Jett, the technician responsible for this amazing build, the specific requirements, adaptability, and versatility I would be demanding from this machine now and in the years to come.I love, love, love that I was able to select each and every component and that Jett was hands-on ensuring all parts were received timely, providing me updates as needed, and taking ownership of the experience. This PC was built to serve a wide range of functions, including content creation, music recording, and gaming, with the potential for future streaming capabilities, I placed a considerable amount of energy on efficiency and opted to put the extra dollars in other places. I have had it in my hands for nearly a week and couldn't be happier with it thus far. I can seamlessly run multiple applications in the background while editing for work with no lag whatsoever. The CPU & GPU perform nicely together when creating content as well as gaming. There is lots and lots to learn as this is my first AMD PC but there are plenty of awesome videos and tutorials on all that stuff.With the RAM and storage of this beast, I have ample resources for my projects and plenty of space to store them. It runs nice and quiet until I load up Starfield LOL, but in all seriousness in terms of the performance and craftsmanship of this sweet rig, every component was skillfully installed with precision, and the cable management is nice and certainly way neater than anything I would have been able to tie up with zip ties.Jett, Matt, and the team at Device Doctorz really made a dream come true. These guys are awesome. Fixed my phone quick and their service is very reasonably priced. They also went out of the way to fix the glass covering my camera at no extra charge. Highly recommend!

Visiting this place a lot lately with my son's gaming computer. The people here are honest, very knowledgeable, and extremely patient, taking time to answer my tons of questions. Would recommend to anyone who needs help with repairing or upgrading their electronics.

device: ipad pro model A2013 (2018)problem: screen was shattereddevice doctorz 5 star!!!!: in less than 24 hours , she is back to brand new. The business calls then texts you to notify you that it's ready for pickup. Seamless drop-off and both employees were 5-Star customer service. LOVE THIS PLACE AND LOVE THEIR PRICES !!!!!!!!!! The price of competitors (including apple) quotes were outrageous. This place deserves an award for not price gouging. THANKS GUYSSSSS

10/10 experience. This business does NOT price gouge. I challenge you to get quotes elsewhere and this will still be the place you take your device to get fixed. The best prices and genuine people run this establishment; this place does not give off a "corporate or franchise" vibe that relies on "easy targets". Less than 24 hour turn around for iPad Pro 2018 to replace my shattered screen

I took my iPhone 12 to Device Doctor Z this morning to have the battery replaced. Jett and Corbin performed the work while I waited. They were courteous, professional and took their time explaining everything. I would definitely recommend Device Doctor Z.
