I don’t ever write reviews, but I have never felt so devalued as a customer, especially as a return customer. I was honest and told the employee that I just wanted to try on a pair of shoes as I can get it online at a much greater discount. Another employee who was not helping me spoke up and said, “we are a business that sells things and we are not going to waste our time and effort on someone who is not going to buy from us.” I will never return to the clermont location again, and as a healthcare worker who works with runners I will never refer another patient to the clermont location. Every person should be treated as a valued customer and the standard is severely lacking within this location.

Another great experience going to Dash Sports ! Very knowledgeable staff answered all my questions along with good advice on trading for upcoming runs . We left with a pair of Hoka’s and a pair of Brooks and smiles on our faces !

Dash Sports is wonderful. I just told them my feet problems and they went to work. I have CRPS in my feet and also extensive nerve damage and haven't wore a tennis shoe for years due to the pain of a closed shoe. They fit me with wonderful socks and a pair of Brooks tennis shoes. I did even have to tell them my size. I am so very happy.
