The 2 men that were there were relatively friendly. Very unprofessional but I don't really look for a high sense of professionalism in a nail salon. If it wasn't for that, I would have given less than 1 star if I could. The salon was messy, smelled weird and had no ac, in Florida. My nails look terrible. And I am new to getting my nails done so I don't really know what makes a "quality nail set ". But this is not it. They look lumpy, uneven and I can see thru the paint. ( pictures show just the lumps ) Even my boyfriend said "Wow they look terrible " I was recommended by my mother who said she visits often, and no matter what she gets they charge her the same. So I no longer speak to my mother ( jokes ) But she has had similar experiences with the older gentleman that Did mine as well. I was charged more than she said she's usually charged and they look terrible. I won't be back.

I don’t know if there are other staff but the day I went there was just one man on duty there. You can’t see in the windows. If I could I wouldn’t have gone in. It’s kind of old and shabby and not exactly clean looking. Old chairs and tubs for pedicure. Had the worst manicure (no polish but I had to finish my cuticles at home afterwards and even up the nail shape) and I was nervous throughout the pedicure that he was going to cut my skin. No hand cream in manicure, no attention at all to rough heels. A scrub on lower leg that felt like sandpaper, no foot massage. Was he even qualified? Or just filling in on employees day off? We had a wonderful experience here. Booked same day pedicures and a manicure for four of us. The staff was friendly, funny, professional, and our nails look wonderful. I would absolutely recommend this nail salon!Services: Manicures

Outstanding place . I've been going to crystal nails for years. So worth it!! I've never have been disappointed!!As for who rated before saying not to waste their time because of shortage of staff. You don't know what emergency situations could have occurred with the place before you got there . I believe it was very professional of the staff to not book you when having a short staff day. Just an example my nail tech was about close yesterday at 7pm and he took a customer when they were waiting for service down the block.

This place is an absolute joke. Do not waste your time trying. They only have 1 tech working on a Saturday. They don't try and schedule you in if they are busy, they just say no. I don't understand how they can afford a store front, this is basically a home nail tech situation. The store looked dirty and run down as well. Paris nails is right around the corner, is very very clean, and is very accommodating. Don't waste your money here when you can go somewhere less than 5 minutes away and get a true nail salon experience.

I absolutely love love love my nails ladies let me just say mother's day weekend starting off amazing nice staff clean place quite spot so relaxing ? I also got my eyebrows done just amazing all the way around I live in davenport I will definitely take the drive to come back ❤️
