Great work. Had my moms car interior and exterior cleaned for her CRV due to another detail company messing up her seats leaving stains. Alejandro did a great job removing those stains and leaving it new! Even the car smells better(she has a dog who gets car sick) lol. Even my camaro he did that same day came out great for the driver seat I needed mainly cleaned!Services: Seat shampooing

Wow! I can’t believe the attention detail and hard work that went into my car! I have three kids so I knew Alejandro had his work cut out for him. Made reservations over a week ago, said he put us in the calendar, dude never showed up, never gave a courtesy call and did not respond to texts an hour after our appointment time. Wasted a bunch of time with this dude. Very unprofessional and bad business.

After reaching out to Alejandro and providing all of my details, I did hear from him and the price quote was competitive. I immediately made a decision to go with him and was flexible on my timing. I let him pick the day and time. Unfortunately, I waited and he never showed up... At all. I gave him 48 hours after just to see if something unforeseen happened. I never heard back so I took my business elsewhere...

Why is it so hard to find someone who does a great job? One would think that here in Orlando it would be a cinch to find a good mobile detail business. Truth is that Alejandro was very polite and likeable. But I had to ask him to go back and properly clean a number of places (areas around the weatherseals under the hood, under the trunk lid, etc.). Had to specifically explain that the shelf under the convertible top needed to be cleaned, and that to do that the top had to be folded up. I would think a complete interior and exterior detail including under the hood would be pretty thorough. Once he was gone I checked behind the fuel filler door and there was sand and dust where there is that little ledge. Next I saw that he didn't clean the exhaust pipes, or the body around the lower rear fascia. I texted him pictures of that and he said that he could see that it was dirty and that it was his fault. "Sorry. I'll get it next time." Good grief. It is frustrating to hire a pro (of sorts) and be left with the feeling that an amateur did the work. Hope that helps Alejandro to do a better job in the future.
