It was my pleasure to have Yamilet to take care of my needs. She was courteous, with a pleasant personality. She was very professional as She answered my questions. The only problem at this location is that she works alone. Especially when customers refused to wait. I think she needs at least one more person.

Latino female Manager/worker Yamilet U is RUDE AS HELL!!! Very disrespectful and need customer service training on how to treat ALL customers! She talks to customers that do not speak another language like crap and she makes comments in another language to customers. She made statements like, I close in 30 minutes, what are you going to do. "You are getting a $400 phone for free, get over it! Note to her: just because I am not Hispanic dont mean I don't understand the language!! She makes very slick comments to other customers which is very inappropriate and should be reprimanded especially because she's a manager! We walked in the store to music blasting like a night club. She makes customers wait while she responds to text messages and take FaceTime calls-RUDE I tell you! RUDE! And she needs help asap. She should never be in that store alone! Please retrain her before she address one more customer.
