After a NOT AT FAULT accident they raised my 6 month rate by $700. My attorney was told by an agent that my previous insurer said I was at fault. I wrote an email asking for an explanation. COMPASS did not reply. Liars are somewhere in the mix. I got my LexusNexus report and it shows not at fault. Compass is either inaccurate, wrong or deceptive. Thanks Flo!
