I went to Clove Salon yesterday. Lisa gave me a partial plus highlight. She is amazing! I love my highlights and I have never been happier with my hair. I highly recommend Lisa and the salon. Everyone was professional and friendly. I am so thankful I found Lisa to do my hair!!!! Thank you, Lisa!

Clove Aveda/Sue has been my one and only Salon/Stylist for 13 plus years. I set my weekly apts. for a year in advance. Sue is outstanding beyond my every expectation with perms, color, cut, conditioning, etc. Clove Aveda is always clean, healthly and sanitized. The products are all-natural, love the hand creams, makeup, eye liners, shampoo and conditioners. The employees are professional, friendly, beyond my every consideration, the front desk girls meet me each week with my bottle of water in hand as they greet me by name. I do appreciate the gift cards that make my check- out quick and easy. Thank you all.

Justine is amazing. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. She is a real expert on cut, color and style. She is professional, personable, and we have a great time while she makes me beautiful. I can't say enough about the Clove Salon. Thank you!!!!

Booked appointment a day before, when called they were not sure about appointment times with stylists and finally put me on 2:15, today when it’s my appointment I’m receiving a call telling that they have to change me because the stylist doesn’t have time for me and they have to either reschedule me or put me at another day. Is it normal to treat the customers like that? If you’re not sure of the schedules, just tell that you’re booked up, I don’t have time to deal with these issues I just wanted a haircut and that’s it. Terrible experience.

I went in looking to get shaved sides. My hair dresser was very kind and I’d like to point this out. I wanted a specific style, this was the sides of my hair being shaved down, and lines through it.
Instead, i got a really fluffy, low, cut with no lines and it was uneven. I had shown my stylist a reference of what i wanted (provided below).
I was told if i was unhappy to come back in a week and I would be provided a touch up for free, so that is what I did, however i was told that the stylist was unavailable, and to come back the following week and they would have a voucher for me that made it still free since I returned within the time frame. When I returned that week this was again pushed off another week but the voucher was still promised.
Finally I was able to get my touch up, i asked for it to me a little higher, cut much shorter (because it being fluffy looked janky) and for there to be lines yet again.
I not only got a weird boomerang shape on both sides of my head, and no lines, but again it was not cut to my desired wishes. I was then Charged $30 by the hair dresser, and even reception was confused and verbally said “It should be free” and another following with “I thought so too”.
In the end, i got my hair messed up, charged wrongfully, lost my self confidence to the point i wore a hat for months feeling like I looked stupid. And I have Autism (which was explained to my stylist) so I now have extreme fear of getting my hair done because I'm scared of it being messed up and looking silly and being laughed at.

I would definitely recommend Clove Salon especially Lily. When she colored my hair we discovered after about 5-10 minutes after she put the color on that I am allergic to something in their solution. Lily was very concerned and immediately rinsed and washed the solution out of my hair. Although I can’t get my hair colored there, I will continue getting it cut by Lily. The salon is clean and everyone there is helpful and friendly.

Positives: Everyone at Aveda is friendly and helpful. My stylist does a great job coloring my hair. She is concerned with my comfort and satisfaction. The salon is clean and has much beauty merchandise to offer its customers.
Negatives: Aveda recently raised their prices MORE THAN 10%. My salary never went up that much!! Also, I have fine, thin hair and my stylist struggles to blow dry and style my hair??? This is why I give them 4 stars instead of 5 stars.
