Have had horrible experiences at this location. The manager force’s employees to make customer use self checkout regardless to what you’re getting causing the experience to become extremely frustrating and completely delaying your time. Even the employees agree it’s a stupid policy and ask customers to complain to corporate for them which is completely unprofessional.

Most work mornings, I go to RaceTrac to get the same exact four, packaged, brand items I got at this Circle K one Friday morning. At RaceTrac, they total $9.39. At this Circle K, my total was $14.55. Again, for the exact same four items! That's a 55% mark-up! I checked the receipt to see if anything had accidently been scanned twice. Nope. I understand that everything has gotten more expensive, and that has been true at RaceTrac too. But a 55% difference? That's price gouging. I never said a word. I quietly went on my way. But I'll never return...though I pass it twice every day. Just another shady, crooked place to boycott.

I went into the store today at 10:14 a.m and was assist by store manager Neo, I was at the register while he was at self checkout assisting another customer he said how can I help you and I proceeded to let him know my stuff was at the register he said I can take you at the other register too I said yes but my things are already at this register he said I'm just telling you but the way he said it was in a very rude way so I said sir can I have the other lady assist me he says no you can not she is busy which she was making food and on a personal phone call because I understand everything she was speaking in Spanish. He then says get out of my store and proceeded to put my things back which it was not that serious. so the other lady who assist me Glori she was on the phone a personal call while making pizza I speak Spanish so I understood the whole conversation she assisted me and I let her know that he put my sodas back she proceeds to say in Spanish to the store manager "porque Ella no puede cojer las sodas Ella misma" so I replied in Spanish porque Nadien le dijo a El que Los ponga paratras. So she grab the sodas for me and this general manager was telling me that I needed to get out the store he doesn't want to hear me etc etc when he escalated this situation because the register I was at he was working that register when I walked in he began assisting a customer at self check out because they were purchasing white claw alcohol so he needed to see his I.D I'm not understanding where I went wrong and why I was treated like that but I don't recommend this place to anyone . Then they like to switch there languages not knowing I speak Spanish very fluently.

I was here, in this gas station like a month ago, a few days before Hurricane Ian hit the area, and I put gas on my parents car, and the total amount was $37, when I see the receipt said I spent almost $49-50, I went inside, the guy that attended there, very rude, very unprofessional, just told me that I paid $13 for a Car wash, and he couldn’t do anything at all, even if I want that $13 dll back, that trap came out in the screen so quickly that when you are so rush like I was that day, you just click yes, yes, and just not notice you are clicking for a service you don’t want, or just simply don’t need, or you don’t have the budget to do it, my husband used the car was, and he said it is horrible, for the amount that I got to paid, it’s so frustrating, and more that you received such a bad service client at all, I don’t recommend anybody to go to this gas station, this guy doesn’t know anything all at about service client. In this gas station they steal from you and you just simply need to accept! ???

Great place always clean, they always have soap to wash your hands in the bathroom ,pizza is always fresh, friendly staff I always look forward to stop by and get something.

At around 2:30 pm on 9-17-22, I went to the Circle K near my house and got around $40 worth of fuel. A few hours later, I found out that my credit card had been charged $176.00 by your store!I called around 6:30 pm and spoke with Ken, who informed me that I would have to wait until Monday to speak with a manager about fuel discrepancies, as he was not authorized to help with that sort of thing.

Needed a drink. Got a fountain drink. All I drank and didn’t eat anything. Got home and dumping water. Someone needs to check the fountain machine. Not cool at all. Usually go to 7/11 .$69 for big gulp and never had a problem. Got the same flavor too. Seriously management check your machine.

Slowest cashier lines I’ve ever been in, and it’s every time you go. Even if you just need to run in for a receipt for your gas because the pump didn’t print one, you’re waiting in line for 10+ min. It’s awful.

I walked in there for a cigarette, beer, Red Bull and chips and soda, The guy behind the counter was to lazy to turn around and get the cigarettes ,he he’s heaven set and wear glasses, very unprofessional person. Instead he says they don’t have it. I put everything. Back an left, and I know they have it. It’s not outOf stock.

The guy who works now there (it’s 4.30pm) is the worst person in customer service that I met in the last month! Rude and unprofessional, he doesn’t care for the customers!

Just got a couple drinks and gas, when the drinks rang up the price was more than posted on the sign in the cooler so the employee went to look and I kindly directed him to where they were he (RUDELY) said I knew where they wer with an attitude. Maybe you should reconsider his customer service skills. Thanks!
