My daughter tried to attend 2 times and both failed it.I feel like they are just there to make sure your kid is safe.First she tried to go there when she was 8 months and after 2 days she got extremely sick and we went to the hospital. We tried again when she was 17 months and she cried for 2 straight days and she lost her voice completely and got sick AGAIN. they said it’s normal. They feed them kids with beans and rice - they call that it’s nutritious food which is exactly why my kid was crying because she was hungry and thirsty. No Sanitization at all, I don’t see them cleaning toys on the camera at all. One kid pick and put in their month and other kid pick up right after put in their mouth. So go figure.I wouldn’t recommend to people at all.I feel like I got to let other parents know.

I would review their dcf reports, this year alone, before enrolling!! Can't express in words not a safe place for children. The director Shannon makes her own company policies up as she goes and can't be trusted. That's enough of our experience for now.

I don't understand why there are negative reviews! I've seen nothing but great things from the staff and care at Childtime Clermont. My daughter has been officially enrolled for the last 2 months and they constantly send us updates through their amazing system!I can check in on my daughter LIVE in real time at any point during my work day and see that she's being given the extra care and attention she needs at all times. Wet Diaper? They change it as often as needed. Food or thirsty? They have strategic meals and water readily available whenever wanted or needed. They constantly reassure the parents. It's located in an extremely safe area here in Clermont. They get outside time too and a beautiful playground. The curriculum is constantly updated and the parents are always in the loop. They are conveniently open from 6:30AM to 6:30PM every Mon-Fri which is perfect for us working parents. Their price is extremely reasonable as well, especially in this tough economic time Post COVID and inflation issues.Special shout out to Arlis, Lianna and the elderly lady with dark hair for Toddler 2, the entire front office, admin and the whole entire team of Toddler 1/2 equally being such dedicated, hardworking caretakers. If you are a first time nervous parent or looking for the best care looking to trust a great establishment. This is the place. You can breathe easy here. Extremely clean, lots of facilities, clean beds, lots of activities and reasonable price.

My son is 2 1/2. He was born in April 2020 in the height of the Covid pandemic. He was an extremely delayed talker due to his lack of interaction with other children, adults, etc. My son started at Childtime in August 2022.Fast forward and it’s now December, and since starting at Childtime, he went from barely a handful of words to speaking in full sentences. He knows all of his colors, his shapes, he’s counting…he’s honestly just thriving at this school. When I signed him up for daycare, all I was expecting was childcare and interactions with other kids his age. Never did I expect him to grow in every single area of his life. I adore his teachers and the entire staff and director are incredible. I couldn’t recommend this school any more highly. 10/10!I’ve never even left a Google review in my life, but this institution deserves it.

I’m giving it a one cause I can’t give it anything lower but beware keep an eye on the Cameras they have a high turnover rate and I can see why unfortunately it’s where my children have to be for right now but do not bring your children here very unsanitary and lazy workers

I ended up paying $125 just to get my son on a waiting list but I ended up moving and every time I tried to talk to them about getting a refund they would get rude to me and tell me the director will call me but she never does. She also did this to someone else who tried to help me get my money back. They also lost my sons information that we gave them.

Rebrand all you want. This school is horrible and treats children horribly. My child was dragged ON THE CAMERAS because he supposedly “had to use the bathroom.” Stay clear of this “academy”.

My son went here for about 3 weeks, part time. The day I gave my the weeks notice that they require he came home with the same diaper I dropped him off with. He never went back.He cried at drop off and I could tell he was unhappy most of the time on the camera access they provide of the play room. No one paid attention to him if he was crying. Daycare was new to him and not once did it seem like anyone cared to help him make it easier. They have an app that they supposedly use for pictures and updates, I never got any pictures. There was no structure, no learning, no activities. He's now in a new day care, I get updates every hour with pictures, he brings home crafts, he's using new words and sentences, he's much happier and not eager to leave when I pick him up.
