My family and I needed bloodwork done. Our doctor forgot to send the script but the staff of Bioreference were amazing in helping us. They waited patiently for all the information to come in. The nurse that took our blood samples greeted us with a smile and made us feel at ease. My son doesn’t like needles and she did a great job making him feel comfortable. She was just the best. Thank you for making us feel comfortable!!

The lady who works here is by far, hands down, the best at sticking you once. I am extremely scared to death of needles . Not with this lady.Yes, you may have a wait but it is well worth it and a lot less of a wait than many other places. Here, they do it right the first time. The price is as fair as I can find for being uninsured and in my 50s.I just left this location. I do not have insurance and the first time I came here I expected some half taught student. ABSOLUTELY NOT and thank you BioReference for doing what is needed to retain the best of the best in this clinic. (Likewise in the Melbourne clinic, it's just not as nice an area ). I will always go here until this lady retires??????

Absolutely incompetent lab!!!! Had to go have blood drawn 3 times for the same thing! Negligence doesn’t begin to describe this lab! Still NO RESULTS! I am on my 3 week of waiting! I will be contacting an attorney shortly!! This is causing undo stress, loss of work, prolonged suffering and delay of care!!

They lost my results once..had to re do it againAnd for this second time it is taking over a week and no even close to get the result..no body answer the ph . So disappointed....

Had my first visit here for lab work today. As many other reviewers have mentioned, there was only 1 employee. But she was GREAT. She was very nice, confirmed info with me, took the vials of blood she needed smoother, gentler, and quicker than anyone else ever has, and the place (including restroom) was super clean. With this knowledge, I will definitely be back. But I'll be smart about timing. Like avoiding the first couple hours when everyone who fasted overnight and/or needs to get to work is rushing in there. Or lunchtime, because that 1 employee isn't a robot and deserves a break.

I arrived at the appointment time with the Referral Confirmation Number and the lab was closed. After speaking with another business located in the same center. I was informed that the lab has been closed a week. No notice to the patients who have to fast before the blood work . And the website is still taking appointments.. Upon calling the headquarters I was told that there were no other appointments available. Sorry for the inconvenience and it usually takes three days to update their booking website. The problem is the lab closed 7 days ago and is still accepting appointments as this review is being written. If you can not administer an appointment website can you really analysis blood work or any other medical test with any accuracy? Totally Incompetent and lack of empathy for the patient.. I was referred by the Florida Medical Clinic.

Terribly unorganized, they lost my lab work and said they had no record of me getting my blood drawn. I literally had a whole conversation with the lady who said she was overwhelmed because she was processing orders manually.

The people are great - the system stinks - in 3 years I have NEVER had anyone answer the phone. The ONLY way to het any information, etc is to go in. From a customer response point of view it's a zero.

Lab appeared to be well run but the TV above the check in window, which I could not see, was loud and playing a show with frequent curse words. This was very inappropriate..it should have been off!
