I have heard Bee’s use to be great but have gone down hill.
Took my car to Bee’s on 6/13/2023 because my AC was blowing hot on driver’s side & only slightly cool on passenger side. Bee’s replaced Expansion Valve ($968.86). Fast forward to August 2024..AC starting failing again. Called Bee’s hoping for some kind of warranty…no luck. They did diagnostic & per Bee’s the Expansion Valve failed…same part fixed last June ($527.24). He did mention that he saw a slight compressor operation failure but his wife said he wasn’t too worried about it. Three days later, AC is performing worse than when I brought it on 8/16. Called, they said bring back in. Arrived, shop was closed, so I left key in drop box. Called to let them know, mailbox full. I also emailed. Called again next day, one of their mechanics answered & said “I’ll let him know when he shows up.” That was a clue. They had my car for 8 days, I called, left messages, went by (closed). Showed up at their shop again on 9/4 at 10am..waited till 11 when he finally arrived. He said he thought his wife called me to update..nope. 8 days & car was parked in same spot on street & couldn’t really tell me much. Took to Griffis, and they said I need a new compressor. They are amazing & so happy I found them. At this point I have no idea if my Expansion Valve even needed to be replaced.

Hailie and her husband (I just forgot his name- sorry!) are super down-to-earth, beautiful family with such a cool legacy. And no, her late father is not Trace Adkins (though he looks identical!) Any issues you have they will straighten out with honesty and integrity. Thank you for doing the right thing!

Bee's Automotive Repair did a great job on my Classic Car. Mr. Larry is very knowledgeable and detailed about his craft. He knows what's wrong within seconds of looking at the car. The staff was awesome and got me in to handle my car problems the same day. Love this place!

I have been using bees auto repair for years now. I have found them to be honest regarding my repairs and their prices reasonable compared to other auto repair shops. Their mechanics have always been friendly and respectful . They are honest and reliable.

Don't be surprised if they challenge this review. Back in Feb my wife's car blew up. So my father in-law recommended Bee's Auto Repair as he had done business there several yrs ago, when Wayne was alive and ran the place. So my wife had triple AAA tow the car to bees. The guy Joey there talked to my wife's Dad and agreed that we would buy the motor and they would handle the installation and we would pay them for their labor. They did find what they told us was a good used motor so my father in-law took the money up there and they bought the motor. After a week went by they told us they were short a couple mechanics and it would be a few more days. Then a week we don't hear anything. So My father in-law calls up there and they said it needs a new fuel pump so he calls me and I agree to pay it. Then another week and now it needs some sensors. Again we agree to pay it. We don't hear anything now we are into this fiasco for app 8 weeks at this time. Last week they call and say they think there was bad gas put in it. The truth is we don't know if it ever had bad gas in it or not. If it did they definantly should of emptied the tank, when replacing the fuel pump! Or did they ever really change the fuel pump? Now its the end of April still no car. The other day I gave up on it and went and got the license plate off of the car.Immediately after taking the plate off I got a text from them saying that the car couldn't be replaced without the plate!!! See my wife still owes on the Car and we weren't going to let it go back. But since buying the motor and paying 3 months car payments for nothing. I came to my senses and told my wife we will have to let it go back and get you a car for cash. I believe when they were having the electrical problems the burnt something up. That is speculation though. All I know is the car still isn't running and they don't have a clue what There doing. There is lady named Hallie there she was very rude to my father in-law. When my father in-law went up there to talk to this Joey guy that works there about the situation he had him stand outside for a half an hour only to send someone out to say he didn't have time to talk. So consider yourself warned this place is not professional or reliable at all. I wish I would have read the Google reviews before going there. We miss you Wayne your daughter really let this place go and its sad because my father in-law really believed in that place. Im more like where is my money for the motor you ruined!!!! If these ppl only knew what they have done.....

Warning do not use BEE’S AUTO, unless you’re prepared to get stung! My father used to do business there frequently when i was a child. Two and a half months ago I took my car there after my father called and consulted with Hallie. I had blown my motor and they agreed to replace the motor. So we paid for the motor and they agreed to put it in. After they received the motor we heard nothing for a week. The next week they call saying it needs some new sensors so we agreed on that they said car would be ready in a few days. Then they call back saying it needs a new fuel pump and we agree they say it’s going to be a few days. Then a week later they call back saying it’s electrical and they’ve tried everything so there going to bring in an electrician and see what’s going on. Then they call saying it’s the gas that was in the car, and now they need new injectors for the new motor because they ran bad gas in it. Then hallie calls and says the motor is messed up. So here it is two months three weeks later. No car the fried the second motor and said somebody put diesel in it. Now I’m no mechanic but if I changed a fuel pump wouldn’t you empty the gas tank being that the fuel pump goes inside the gas tank. They have been very unprofessional and not knowledgeable at all. After reading all the bad google reviews and the shops responses to those reviews it’s clear to me this is not a reputable company and I should have never taken my car here. They were very rude to my father on the phone. Remember BEES ? STING!!!
This is the excuse they give now why not fixing the car it’s been 3 months..

Don't be surprised if they say I'm not a customer because I am writing this on behalf of my girlfriend Meredith Barnes who just took her car to bees today to address issues they created in February related to a filter that was not properly tightened during an oil change and address a missing molding flap and a light that continued to come on related to a sensor module they replaced in her car last month. Since the younger members of the family took over I would advise anyone to steer completely away from this business. They did an oil change in February for my girlfriend Meredith Barnes and I just now realized there was oil leaking. Haley the office person has the audacity to charge $83 to tighten an oil filter they put on in February. They also put an abs module in my girlfriend's car in March which required 3 rescheduled appointments, and continued issues with the light coming on. I realize that some months went by before discovering the oil was leaking, but obviously since it was coming from a filter they installed it has nothing to do with owner error. That I just noticed it is irrelevant. 83 bucks to tighten an oil filter and add a quart of oil that you originally put on? No way to run a business. My girlfriend's father took his truck there for years when the father ran things and never had any problems. Oh yeah, there was also a mud guard missing the last time she brought the car in and when she picked it up this was never addressed when brought to their attention. Today it was basically if she wanted her keys back she had to pay them 83 bucks to take care of a super simple problem that was a result of them not tightening the filter properly when it was installed in February. I've had many cars over the years with countless oil changes and never had a filter just come loose. And to then charge my girlfriend to tighten it and add oil and give her a quote for allegedly needing struts to the tune of $854. Who ever heard of charging a customer for a quote and one quart of oil and tightening a filter you installed improperly? Jiffy lube charges $55 for full service oil changes and will fill your fluids anytime it needs to be done in between oil changes. Tire kingdom will put your car on a lift and provide a full diagnostic for any break tire or strut issue free of charge and beat any written quote from competitors. They also don't make you drive 45 minutes and forget to call you if they have to reschedule an appointment which they also did to her in March when she got her abs module replaced. Shall I go on? No, frankly I think we will take our business elsewhere.

I had my valve cover replaced twice before coming to Bee's Auto Repair. I wished I had come here first as these people know what they are doing. They are professional, knowledgeable, and they do it all at a fair price. Pleasant atmosphere and pleasant employees! Would definitely recommend this place!

After taking my car to no less than 4 shops and having them tell me the tapping noise was coming from my valves and or, timing chain, the mechanic at Bees took the time to really figure out where the noise was coming from. He had a pair of stethoscopes to listen to different areas and concluded it was the belts or fan clutch... Quite a difference from everyone else trying to sell me a rebuild and or 4,500 worth of engine work!!! These guys are to be trusted...
