I had two La-Z- boy recliners for about 5 months , Leather went bad on one of the chairs . La-Z- boy is a lazy no help company buyer beware . Max the Manager at the Clermont Store stood up and took charge . He offered to take back both chairs and let me pick out any item at the same price I paid 5 months ago . If you are wanting to buy furniture go see the Clermont Fl. Badcock store . See pics The brown chairs are bad the Grey love seat is my newest pic Thanks Max I will stick with Badcock .

They do not honor prices listed on tags.We found a dining set we liked, there was no picture with pricing on the table like everything else just tags, tag stated $699 and we asked the worker if it comes with chairs, she said yes but bench was sold separately. We said we'll take a card and make up our minds today, went back to purchase and we were told the price is $1000 for the dining table and 4 chairs and tried to make some bullshit excuse about how they didn't know we were asking about that table even though they checked inventory and we had a whole conversation about that specific table. They would not fix the mistake they made and sell for the price on the tag. I suggest skipping this store and going to rooms to go a few miles down

I would have given this review five stars if it wasn't for the fact that online advertisements and offers are not allowed in the physical showroom/store. It took an extraordinary effort from the sale woman, Crystal Cox, and the store's manager Max, to obtain the discount my wife and were offered online. Thanks to their efforts our new, beautiful living room sectional was purchased at an affordable price. We will go back to Crystal and Max if we need more quality furniture.

Horrible customer service we bought a chair 2 years ago and the extended warranty, the swivel rocker mechanism fell apart it was cheap steel. My husband called the warranty department and they asked him when it broke and he said it started about 3 to 4 weeks ago and they said sorry you have to report it within 7 days and don't call back because this line is recorded. Never ever had a worse customer service. My husband called the manager of the store and he said to give him a couple days and he'll get with corporate and see if they'll fix it, he never called back, my husband called back in 5 days and he said he talked to corporate and they won't fix it!

I thought the people were rude. The woman who helped us sat and watched us. We told her the store did not have what we wanted and than directed us to the bargain area.We did another walk around store and found a bench. When we asked if they had anything to protect it with after purchase we were told a flat no.It was vary heavy and no one helped us load it. Rude.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY with this company. We came in for a mattress for a spare room. First off, some of their mattresses are almost $2,000. We ended up finding one anyway. Price gouging contued with a $150 delivery fee.While at the register I noticed they had a PS5 on display. Well they get $1,000 for a $500 item. So, we paid cash for the mattress and said we would come and get it. I guess they want to make certain that the customer is completely unsatisfied because the employee stood there while we loaded itGuess they never heard of customer service. He should have just picked his nose. Oh well, starting a remodel on the living room, guess there wont be a Badcock sofa. Stay away!

I went into buy a piece of furniture and they were having there “fall” sale in October because they can’t use Christopher Columbus anymore. The piece I wanted was on sale for $999.99 the girl Clara must have not thought I was serious when I said I would be back in a week to make the purchase. Apparently if I had the piece of paper by Clara I would have been able to purchase it . I went in on a Thursday the sale was over Monday to my surprise. They wanted me to purchase for 1399. I called the corporate office was on the phone over an hour and a District Manager Named Oral was supposed to call me back. I never heard From Oral so I believe he too is a fictional character of this company. They could have made this right and they didn’t.
