The pricing is unbeatable. The rental car was a basic vehicle and didn't have a navigation system, however I was able to connect it through carplay. Overall, it is good for the price. I did notice the car was not cleaned before being handed to me then but it was an okay experience

Worse rental service in the area, first they give us attitude getting a rental yesterday then we come back to the car later that day at Disney to it not starting and had to wait a few hours for someone to come jump us and then when we call in the morning to report it since this was after there operating hours, All we get is well we don’t have any vehicles at the moment (we checked ahead of time they do, just not at the same price) but call a number on the back of the key tag to have them tow you back here despite telling us they have no vehicles at the moment, cause that makes complete sense and then goes well do it in afternoon then, we’ll have a car then for you maybe. First and last time I’ll ever use Avis, come here for vacation and can’t even go any where cause of them.

The attendant in the office was very helpful and answered all our questions clearly. He also told us what was expected of us which is always helpful. We enjoyed the car and it was clean. The drop off at the airport was okay but nowhere for my ride to park, we were able to work it out with little trouble.The car did have a slight smell of weed which seems to be standard for rental cars now, no matter the company. All in all a good experience.

Have gotten multiple rental cars from this Avis budget for personal and business trips and I could not be more satisfied, this last truck was amazing and the service is always outstanding. The manager is very friendly and always looking out for me, will only rent cars from this Avis budget. Make sure to ask for A.J, he always takes care of his customers.

Rented a Hyundai Santa Fe for a long weekend trip. After the first day the car developed a horrible odor and we could not locate the source. By the second day it was even worse. We stopped for dinner and left the sunroof open hoping to let the car air out. When we came out from the restaurant a trio of raccoons had entered through the roof and had discovered the leftovers that were left in the rear cubby under the seat by the previous renter. In the course of the raccoons finding the source of the odor they did some damage to the tune of $288.00. Avis charged this to us because we did not purchase their add on insurance, even though it was caused by them not cleaning the car properly before turning it over to us. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of Avis, Budget, Payless and Zipcar!

SCAM!!! They charged my brother over $350 to rent a car via the website then told him, AFTER taking the money from his bank account, they couldn’t rent to him because he didn’t have a driver’s license. When we told him the money had already been taken the clerk said he’d just have to cancel the reservation to get his money back then they charged him $50 for canceling! DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH AVIS RENTALS!!!Day #2 of Avis money grab…we’re still waiting! We need our money NOW!

This is the only place I've rented from in Clermont, and only place I will continue to use. I'm a repeat customer and have enjoyed the vehicle selection, EXTREMELY polite and courteous staff, and the user-friendly hours and pick up / drop off options. Thanks for making it a great experience! You can't go to to any other rental place in town and find this time of service. TRUST ME. 10/10 will rent here again. And again and again.

Got a bill for $82 for a screw in the tire almost 3 weeks after returning the car. Would have preferred the location call me to resolve. I rented once a month. Won't be returning. Those $82 will be the last you get from me.

I was called on Saturday, March 12th and advised there was a chance that the Clermont location wasn’t going to be able to fulfill my reservation due to not receiving any vehicles that day. I explained to Daniella that I prepaid for a 12 passenger van to be picked up on Sunday, March 13th. I received a call from Deandre Mills stating the van was being delivered from the airport and that it would arrive within 30minutes. I arrived to the destination at 1245 for a 1 reservation. As I went to inspect the vehicle, I noticed it was a 15 passenger van and not a 12 passenger van. The 15 passenger van had no luggage space, making tape on the seatbelt, and black electrical tape on the drivers side view mirror, I advised Mr. Mills that the valve Hicks in question wasn’t what I reserved. He proceeded to snatch the rental agreement from me and state that he would just void the reservation as they were about to close and that he was trying to get to Miami. Disgusted and frustrated I went back inside and spoke with Daniella who advised me that she would speak with the manager on Monday. She attempted to try and fix the situation however, she was met with negative results. As I began to drive the vehicle, it began to shake uncontrollably at about 60mph, the brakes squeaked loudly even when pressed on lightly, and the odor was very foul. I had to call the toll free customer service number and drive 1.5hours out of my way to exchange it at the Orlando Airport. This delayed my trip which caused me and my family to make unnecessary changes to our itinerary. The customer service displayed by Deandre Mills was poor, unprofessional and unwelcoming. I would not recommend Avis (Clermont location) to anyone.
