Just got a new (pre-owned) car and I took it to Autozone to get new seat covers and matts.

At Store 4829 - Colin Lesser was extremely helpful and prompt to check my battery. He checked and the battery was under warranty, within 15 minutes my battery had been changed and replaced. Great service!

Auto Zone store 4829 HWY 50 Clermont.
I knew I needed a battery and one that was going to be good for all the extra electrical components to my vehicle. My Kia Soul started showing signs of going bad when the ISG (Idle Stop and Go) feature would shut off my car and it would restart at traffic lights. But when it died and had to be jump started after just leaving the key in the ignition and unloading the car with the interior lights on I knew I needed one immediately. Well I started to look at prices knowing the Dealership was going to charge me $400.00 plus for a new battery and installation, plus it would take all day! I looked at Auto Zone, and its competitors and decided on just having Auto Zine confirm my suspicions and test the battery. I knew it was bad it was original to the vehicle. Well Colin helped me and tested the battery. With my suspicions confirmed Colin helped me find the right battery. I figured I just borrow tools and change it out real quick, but Colin informed me they would change it out for FREE! So I took Colin up on that service and between the time I walked in and left was under 20 minutes! Great , FAST, and Friendly service was delivered! All for less than the dealership would have cost and the time savings were priceless!

Bryson was a sweetheart! En route from Tampa to Orlando
my car gave me a low oil signal. I pulled off the highway to get to the nearest Autozone. I was concerned. I have a high performance car and knew that I needed a special kind of oil. Bryson was customer-focused, and helped quiet my mind by walking me through the best oil choice. He put the oil in for me, cleaned up after himself. I really, really appreciated that young man. I was son on the road again. Thanks Bryson! Never lost that service mentality. It will take you far.
