“As far as auto parts stores go I've always had good luck with AutoZone. I've been shopping at this store off and on for quite a few years now and have always had excellent service. On my latest stop in I was just looking for a replacement steering wheel cover and discovered they have quite a large selection of them. I saw several that I liked and easily made a choice of which one to buy. I walked up the front and got in line and only had a short wait till I was able to check out I give them my account information each time so I can keep track of the items that I purchased from the company. I have shopped at many of their locations through the years but this one is currently the closest one to where I live and was also convenient as we were out and we were driving right by. In the past I've purchased quite a few batteries from this location and they've been very helpful if I needed one of the old ones checked or tested. If you bring your vehicle in when you're in need of a battery they will actually install it for you as well. I've never had to have that done but I have had to have help getting batteries in and out of my car because they were too heavy for me to carry around. AutoZone also offers a good variety of testing equipment or tools that you can rent from them. Usually I find my best deals with this company all that once in a while I find a better deal at one of the other ones and it will shop at them. A worthwhile place for any of your automotive needs.”

“Unbelievable maintenance service. Cars transmission went out so I had it towed to Headquarter Honda. Found out Honda had an extended warranty on the HR-V’s transmission so it was a free fix which saved a ton of money for use. They got the warranted transmission repair approved and installed in 3 days from the day it was dropped off. Never have I seen a dealership work so efficiently with great communication. Sergio was the best and I’d recommend this place to anyone looking to have service done!”

“I visited Christian Brothers Automotive (CBA) about three weeks ago after taking my 2020 Toyota Corolla to the local Toyota dealer for repairs. Long story short, a mommy squirrel did some damage to one section of the engine wiring harness after having literally given birth to three tiny baby squirrels inside my engine compartment (I left the car outside my garage for three days and she made a little motel). Truly the craziest things I've ever seen!!! The resulting damage by mommy squirrel (including the array of engine lights, engine trouble messages, and an engine gone array that resulted from the damage) was going to be, according to the young mechanic and service advisor, just a few dollars shy of $4000 for 15 hours of labor, taxes, and parts!!! According to the young mechanic, they'd have to remove the whole front end of the vehicle and radiator, remove a gazillion number of other engine parts to access "the back of the engine", and install a complete engine wiring harness, and numerous connectors. The particular damaged connector and its wiring, according to the mechanic, couldn't be removed so he'd have to install a new $2550 harness. MALARKY! HE KNEW IT AND I KNEW IT!!! I told the service advisor I'd take it elsewhere for a second opinion. I stopped by CBA immediately thereafter and Alex (an awesome service advisor) had Rafael (one of their great mechanics) pop the hood and did a quick assessment. I then returned the next day and they completed the Toyota dealer $4000 repair job for a total of a few pennies shy of $175!!! Let me see, pay $4000 or pay $175. Yep, I think I'll take the latter. Moral of the story? Dealers are great when your car is under warranty but CORRUPT and UNETHICAL UNARMED ROBBERS when it's past its prime. Thank you CBA for an incredible job in less than a couple of hours for an honest charge (commensurate with the actual costs and labor) for a fantastic rewire and installation of a single NEW connector (you remember, the one that couldn't be removed). My car is purring like a kitten. That's an honest car repair shop! I've used you before. I used you again. I'll use you for years to come. God's blessings!”

I had planned to come back a few days later with a better jack but got a call in the meantime from a staff member who noticed the missing tire and offered to jack up the trailer and replace it for me. “Don’t be put off by the loud lady. These guys know their business. I have a 2017 Nissan Titan with 97k miles and a seal transmission. it was starting to get sluggish and I wanted it fully serviced, flushed and done correctly. I wanted the pan dropped and cleaned, inspected, gasket changed and as much flush as possible. Wannes was the only shop out of the ten I called that would do the job. No one else would take the job with those miles and no previous ATF change. I talked with the technician a little and he immediately answered any questions or concerns I had about the process. Immediately upon leaving I could tell the service made a world of difference. Not kidding—I had forgotten how smooth it is. I’m so grateful for Wannes.”

“I had the lower rubber window strippings on my four side. Windows changed out because they were all cracked and dry rotted. While the service was excellent, I think the particular material that you Honda used during the manufacturing of the car was flawed and at least partly should have been covered. My car is only 8 years old and the rubber started cracking about 3 years ago. I've had cars for 10 and 15 and 25 years in the Florida heat and never had that happen before under the same conditions. This should have been a recall item for Honda”
