I was met by a very knowledgeable agent as I walked in the door. She took my order, explained all the options for both hardware and plans. Then she assisted my wife with an APP issue on her phone. She was very nice and professional.

I have been an AT&T customer for many years. Recently, my wife, Susanne, decided to switch from a cut rate carrier and to upgrade her phone and service. We went into the Clermont, Florida, store where I always go with an idea of what we wanted. Dennis Guzman helped my wife select and set-up a new Pixel 8. He did an outstanding job. My wife selected a PIN number for her phone that she wrote down. The unfamiliar number was promptly forgotten and the slip of paper the PIN was written on disappeared. So the phone was locked and unusable except for receiving incoming calls. We returned and saw Dennis -- no waiting even. He unlocked the phone, re-built as much of the directory as possible from the old Brand X phone and we were on our way. Five star service all the way from Dennis Guzman in the Clermont, Florida, store. And he saved us money,too, as we are senior citizens and members of AARP.

Great Service by Vince, he's knowledgeable, helpful, and not pushy. Also, helped me as soon I entered the store, I haven’t bought a phone in a long while but he assisted me well and left with phone of choice I needed!

My IPhone had some issues with IME number and the store manager knew exactly what to do. He resolved the issues within 10 mins.

Excellent service visit! Israel called me over to address my issue in less than a minute after I walked through the door, and resolved my issue efficiently. I have nothing negative to say about the level of customer service and support I received during this visit. Thanks again Israel - keep it up!

We have always had great experiences at this store and this time was no exception. Our sales associate Vince greated us promptly, listened to our needs and made great recommendations. He was patient with our many questions and engaged the whole family making us feel comfortable and not pressured. While waiting for the phones to transfer info, he reminded us of a special that was offered and we were able to take advantage of that for our daughter's first phone! While adding that to our order, Vince understood the assignment and went along with the idea of keeping it a surprise. He was super stealthy, picked out the phone and case for us and slipped it all in the bag, unawares to our daughter who was sitting right there! Overall, we highly recommend this location and their staff as your go-to for all of your needs with AT&T.

This store is disgusting. The rep didn't even bother going into the account to see what's going on after they did a mistake. He just told me to call 611 which is what a lazy sales rep do. No manager got involved. We asked the sales rep to upgrade but got deflected to wait till March for another new Samsung. I'm the customer, I'm paying not you, give me what I want.Upgraded my phone a year ago, the sales rep took off my next feature without asking, and I didn't find out until I tried to upgrade. Went back to the store they can't do anything. I'm in limbo now and can't upgrade unless I pay the phone off. Poor customer service at this store.I got my account number, straight to Verizon I go, I'm disgusted by this service. When at&t has to take that money off my account monthly, there's no problem.UPDATE:thank you for providing such a poor service because now I port my numbers to Verizon and my bill went from 310 to 210, everything happens for a reason. Once again thank you for providing such a poor service. Now I'm happy ?

Don't go there, go to the Verizon store after you're done with the at&t store and you'll see what I'm talking about. Bunch of lazies at that store.
