Everyone at Ark Plumbing is professional and very friendly. We've had to use their services a few times since we purchased our new home and they never disappoint. Adrian was our technician and he was able to figure out what was wrong with our sink and repair it quickly. He even pointed out that because we had a Kohler faucet that it should be covered under a lifetime warranty which saved us a lot of money. I hope I don't have to call a plumber again any time soon but if I do, I would only call Ark Plumbing to come to the rescue.

Contacted Ark for the replacement of plumbing fixtures in our MB. They responded promptly adter the Holiday weekend, the technician was very knowledgeable and professional, and we discussed the work in excruciating detail. In the end they provided a quote that was within our acceptable range and we decided to contract with them in great measure because of the positive first impression. Work's not yet done but I know I can trust Ark to do great!

The entire team at ARK plumbing was perfect at servicing my hot water tank. We had a small fire and soot got everywhere. They replaced the exhaust vent system and assured that everything else was in good condition. Thanks again to Adrian (tech) and Ana (office) for the great communication and service. I’ll always recommend ARK to my clients and any of our future needs.

I have used Ark in the past, but will not use again after this last experience! Had them come out to repair leaking pipes on back flow.
They came out and “ fixed” the pipe only to have my wife call the next day saying water was shooting all over the place.
They cut the pipe and glued it, but since they cut out some of the pipe out they had to push it together which has way more tension on it. I explained to them that there is too much pipe missing and they said the glue will hold it.
They pushed it together and glued it again even though I expressed concerns and should have added more pipe.
Now I have another leak in that pipe they said would be fine. Feel like they were cutting corners and now need to pay another company to come out and fix what they should have fixed the first time.
Very disappointed as I have used them in the past and recommend them before.

I had an outstanding experience with your team from the dispatcher who took my call to the technician who arrived at my home, everyone was exceptionally helpful and friendly! Awesome service and the technician was well prepared with all the necessary tools and info. They all explained the process clearly and answered all my questions. Impressive!
