Had my car over at Dee’s and noticed that the battery that I purchased for my Honda Civic a year and a half ago was weak and defective. I called Advanced and spoke with GM Jerry who looked up my purchase, confirmed the battery was under warranty, and delivered a new battery to Dee’s to be replaced. He called to follow up and took care of everything. Amazing customer service. Will definitely be back.

Geo needs customer service skills when talking to customers! Laughing at potential customers after they point to a battery tester that says bad, then asking if advanced could charge it. I'm not a battery expert and a simple no would have been appropriate and professional, Instead I got laughed at as if I was stupid.

I went in this afternoon to exchange a battery we purchased in 2022 November Gold , The manager Troy had his employee check to verify what I was stating was true as to the date we purchased the battery. Upon the employee checking stated my facts I stated were in fact correct despite the error on the computer stating I warranties the battery. The manager Troy was so arrogant and nasty that he would t even respond to me other than not his problem and walked away and would yell from the aisle he was doing some type of inventory work. Let me just state I has a military vet have never been treated so nasty , and such a shame to know this is the kind of behavior and treatment we receive knowing I paid extra to have the battery warranted. What a terrible example to his employees. I know have to wait for the GM Jerry to come into the establishment since Troy is incapable of performing his duties as a manager. Once this is resolved I highly recommend staying away from this place. I have yet to see if Advance will honor my battery exchange and hold up their end of the bargain they had me pay extra for the 3 year warranty they so promised.So here is the response I got from the manager Gerry, first let me state he was direct and to the point and prompted me to come straight to the store and he was willing to honor the warranty. As for Troy I hope he either gets better training or sticks close to Gerry who was a gentleman and a man of his stores word. They for certain will get my continued business. Thank You Advance and thank You GM Gerry!

I thank the whole staff here at this Clermont location! I got my battery tested at another location and got wrong information. Thankfully we bought our battery from Advance and had a warranty so I was able to get it retested here and they checked my alternator which had no issues. Jerry and Enrique were very positive, polite and very helpful. Thanks guys!!

Service was nasty. She literally waited on everyone else b4 me. I was a visitor and needed the parts. She at first on the phone said they werent there but we went any way. Sure enough they were there.BTW, to her, Yo comptende espanol honey! We didnt appreciate what you said about us. Never, ever, go back there.You are warned readers.

I have had many terrible experiences with this location. As a business owner, I completely understand the shortage of quality labor our country is experiencing, but this place is full of incompetent lazy people that just skate by for a paycheck. I showed up tonight desperate for a part for one of my trucks in my fleet. 20+ minutes before they close and the doors are locked. I could understand 3-5 minutes but really? 20+?! On top of that, the other customer at the door hoping to get help was just sold a bulb that was the wrong one (because the employees are incompetent and apparently lack the ability to read) and they lock the door behind him while he's in the parking lot struggling. What a classy establishment. Between me and my company, I spend THOUSANDS of dollars a year at advanced auto keeping my 15 trucks on the road. Absolutely ridiculous.

Stopped by around 845 to drop off a UPS package (which per the UPS website, they are a location) and the doors were already locked with an employee standing by the door and glaring at every single car that passed. The employee was incredibly rude and dismissive and yelled at my sister when she asked about a UPS package drop off. They also were incredibly rude to anyone else who tried to enter the store. Very unprofessional
