AVOID coming here on a Sunday for an oil change. I arrived 12:44PM EST and quoted ONE hour. I am writing this review at 3:10 PM EST and my car hasn't been touched. No updates from anyone working here, not sure if they had to put out a small fire or had to inflate tires like a balloon BUT .... be prepared to waste your time for convenience.
left at 4:30 PM EST I did get a discount on my oil change but man am I happy to be out of there.

Needed my low light(s] changed on my Hyundai. Bought the lights but at the location where I bought them, they were not able to change lights stating it was difficult to get to. I went to Mavis where I was greeted by Victor. He immediately proceeded to take my car inside the shop and was able to change the lights FREE of Charge. Thanks Victor I greatly appreciate the work you did.

The company as a whole charges $150 an hour for labor and to change front brake pads and rotors which they recommended at the same time is over $400 when you can find the kits on amazon and Autozone websites and yet the product MUST be one that the shop provides only not something we buy and bring in so what makes the shops version so much better and more expensive when your talking $250 $275 for the parts online and the shops labor the math doesn’t add up even after taxes and a recycle fee

How can I place that sells tires be so inexperienced that if they put on an oversized Tire on your truck they won't go by that Tire's manufacturer's recommendation but by what's on the inside of your door, my tires were we're supposed to be pumped up at 44 not by what's on the door that says 32 because it's a totally different tire but you can't explain that to them they will only go by what's on the door they don't care if you ruin four brand new tires out there on the road plus they should have readjusted the tire pressure sensors and stuff like that I believe the place on Highway 50 in Clermont needs a little bit of more experienced people there because I feel like I wasted 800 bucks and I wish I could not have gave them a star at all but it won't let you do it and then make a review. Y'all should listen to your customers
