Customer In second time me by a gentleman does not to be in his position.. I was in customer service for 30 yrs and he was upset he was to leave in 45 min. Kristin left eàrly and was go to help me make annual payment on car ins. Have been with AAA for yrs and called AARP for quote. The guy was the one who told me last yr my son had to buy the policy but we sent documentation showing another policy. But I still had to pay my son's policy.

Horrible! Called for a tow, took over 3 hours to get nowhere. I call around and find a tow in less than 20 mins. Get it together AAA

last year i was broke down on 75 in georgia a 6pm at 10 pm aaa never showed up so i paid for the tow took 4 weeks to reimburse but they didnt give all my money. to wees ago lost key had to pay out of pocket no refund yet on 01,/09/23 at 5 pm called aaa and waited. called be several times no tow today 01/10/23 tow driver called at 10 am had a 2 hour to her now its almost 3 pm just a nightmare.very unsafe company. and non dependable
