As a word of legal logic, TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES not to tell guests/customers to leave their purse at the door, because purses of even nominal size aren’t allowed inside. Are you (the franchisee or the franchiser) assuming liability for my property? The chances of my bag getting grabbed from the spot referenced, that is right by the door, and out of reach of your employee(s) behind the counter is a whole lot more likely, than the chances that most people with a pursue are going to steal something... Or at the very least change the wording you teach them and hold them to a script, like "I'm sorry but it is this stores management's policy (because it is not a 7-11 policy) not to allow purses in our store. If you would like to leave it "here" at your own risk you can, or we ask that you stow it more securely in your vehicle, and just carry necessary items in your pockets while shopping. We apologize for any inconvenience." Communication is not physics, but low effort, short sited communication is a costly liability waiting to happen. Level up or gamble with learning a hard lesson that could cost you more than just your franchise...

You have a man there that wears glasses and has blond hair. He was very rude to a lady in your store. I was in town visiting my son and stopped for gas etc. For him to claim he’s the owners brother, I believe I would be correcting his behavior to patrons. I will not be coming back.

The manager of this location has been harassing me for months about my purse. He says I can’t bring it into the store because it has 2 straps like a backpack even though it’s a tiny leather woman’s purse, it just has 2 straps. He makes me take it back to my car before he will let me buy anything. So I went and bought a NEW PURSE with ONE strap, and today it was pouring rain and i went in to buy a soda and he refused to let me purchase it because I was carrying my purse. Everyone in the store couldn’t believe it. There was a woman with a purse 3x the size of mine, she asked why hers was okay and mine wasn’t. He said nothing, just refused to sell me the soda. I’mso upset and embarrassed. No other clerk at this store has a problem with my purse except him, and the fact that I bought a NEW purse and yet he is still harassing me is unbelievable. He is a man in his 40’s, tall blonde with glasses. Claims his brother owns the location.

The lady at the counter tried putting in her own rewards number instead of letting me put mine in, then after she cleared her number out so I could put mine in, the pen pad froze and she tried to say it was MY FAULT that it wasn't working and and tried to guilt trip me for leaving my items. Just so you know, the Racetrac across the way took my card just fine and even let me know how they hear stories like that all the time. Everyone else is usually lovely there so it's a shame I have to walk across the street so I get treated well and my rewards points don't get stolen.

Accidentally put non ethanol in my tank and Matt spent several minutes explaining how I did it so that I understand not to do it again. Very friendly dimeanor. Very handsome lumberjack.

On Monday August 29th 2022 at 8:45pm I Tried to pickup an online order but the employee behind the counter refused to give me the order. When I first approached him he asked me what the name on the order was. Unfortunately I did not have my reading glasses so I could not see the name on my phone. I turn the phone around to show him and although he was standing at least 4 feet away from him he said “please don’t show me your phone it’s offensive”. I said “I’m sorry but how is that offensive”. He replied “because your shoving your phone in my face”. I replied “but I’m standing at least 4 feet away from you”. He then suddenly snatched the bag back from me and walked away angrily. I immediately left because he seemed unhinged. I called Uber immediately and they were very understanding and apologized to me and promised they would call 7-Eleven to investigate. Thankfully Uber was able to compensate me for my time. If you don’t want bad vibes try to avoid this person. He is a white male about 5’11” with a beer belly and reddish blondish hair.

Very cool employees and the customer service is excellent. I really enjoy going in this store and speaking with everyone. I highly recommend this location.
