Came into this store to call for coffee and I asked where the lids for the coffee were and I had to call the cashier 3 times for assistance and was met with a rude and condescending young guy and I told him that the way he spoke to me as a customer was way out of line and I left the store. You don't know who I am or what I had on me. Be careful how you treat customers. As a person who came to purchase something from your establishment, you confirm the stereotypes of Indians. Rude and ignorant.

All the 7-11's here are owned by the same cheap person who won't repair these 7-11's. The AC here has had a temporary unit for years. The owner has turned off all latte machines at his stores because I guess they are too expensive to maintain. I went to 3 different ones nearby and ALL are off. I quit going to 7-11. The maintenance must be too much for this owner.

Luis is the BEST!!!!! Only thing that would neake this 7-11 better is if they updated the store to have the Laredo taco or raise the roost chicken spot in side. But once again Luis is the man and he needs a raise. I do t care how much he gets paid but it's not enough.

Robert (the man behind the counter) gave the best customer service I’ve seen in a while, even though I didn’t purchase anything at the time. I hope he’s a trainer!!

A stop along the way to refuel and also staff with a good sandwich, pizza, hotdog, or other hot options accompanied by a good cup of coffee or soda and most importantly an excellent welcome from the staff, very attentive and kind

Luis is a great person, along with his shift partner. They work at night. I was on vacation and they acted as guides and tourist advisors and even gourmets, very friendly, they prepare very delicious food. So much so that I allowed myself to make an offering of gratitude and recognition for his people skills.

It says it is 24/7, but just went there at 12:20am. and was told it was closed. I asked isn't this 24/7 and the lady says yes but it is closed right now and there were about 6 cars that pulled in right after i did, not a good way to do business. Not only that, my wife was in there a few hours ago and the Spanish guy told her he gets off at 2a.m. just to let her know. Completely disrespectful place.

I’m not sure the Guys name was working there, with Pat and lots of tattoos super friendly, cook my pizza perfectly all in all probably one of the best 7-Elevens I’ve ever been to for customer service
