Since they deleted my comment and blocked me on Facebook, guess I’ll write it here. I Bought not one but TWO trees from here. They sent me home first with a broken tree. Then we came back and they sent me home with a tree with no remote, no way to make it stop flashing. I just wanted to warn other people so they didn’t waste their time making multiple trips. Wasted my time literally all day. My kid literally bawled because I set up not one but TWO trees in front of him just to take back to the store.Picture of the tree we couldn’t even turn on.

Always has great finds! From tools & electrical to seasonal & appliances. Great customer service and they always want to help you find something you need. The only thing is you must check for complete sets and electrical functionality before you leave.

If you need stuff normally sold at home depot but want a better deal?? This is absolutely the place to go. Tools, home products like light fixtures, ceiling fans, sinks, flooring , and appliances. Plus a while separate area for tools.

They sell Home Depot merchandise at 50% off. The merchandise comes from pallets and may be broken. They check everything before you leave the store to ensure it is working properly.

I purchased an electric Ryobi riding mower from them. At the time of purchase I was told FULL WARRANTY. About 7 months later I was having trouble with the batteries staying charged, so I contacted the retailer. They told me 30 days with receipt you get store credit. This companies represents that they have a contract to purchase these items at auction and re-sell them... THEY DO NOT. I have contacted The Home Depot as well as Ryobi and they informed me that there is NO CONTRACT between Your Home Discount Warehouse and either company. They said that there is not nor has there ever been an endorsement to sell these items and only Ryobi equipment purchased at Home Depot has any warranty. Beware of these people, they are scamming you and I would not recommend them. I now own a lawn mower with no warranty and needing $500 in batteries.

Your Home Discount Warehouse located in Clearwater off US Hwy 19N. They have merchandise from Home Depot that may have been returned or damaged. It’s still usable and you can find great deals for less. I purchased an out side light for half price off full retail value. I was told at check out, if I find the item is damaged or missing a piece then within 30 days I can return it for a full refund. If I decide to return my purchase for any other reason, I will get a store credit. Good deal don’t you think. They also an tools and appliance store in the same area. I would strongly recommend checking these locations out before you buy full retail for your home. Till next time?

I am in love with this place. Who needs Home Depot when you have this awesome place at your fingertips!! I've never had an issue with any of my purchases and the staff are very friendly, extremely attentive and helpful. I spend hours here! I leave with my car bursting at the seams!

Call me old fashioned, But would love to see prices on the shelves. I understand the system. They buy bulk return items by the pallet or truck and resale them at discount prices. So what’s the catch? They quote you the prices. I asked the price on a out door lights. Was quoted almost the same price from Home Depot. No thanks.

Was told on the telephone that they had a specific kitchen cabinet and the price. However when I arrived, the same person I previously spoke with said that this cabinet was not available and denied ever speaking to me. Totally dishonest company!!!

YES, I really love this place, I’ve purchased many items and only brought one back because it didn’t work and no problem returning it. That being said, they have just about everything you could imagine for the house (too much to list) the prices are fantastic and if the don’t have it today go back tomorrow and they will. Now let’s talk about the tool store, they’ve got it in every price range, now let’s talk about the appliances, yup they got it. But I think the best part of this store is the staff, someone is coming up to you every minute to see if you want help. I go at least once a week, try and you will too. ?

Allow me to start with a little context. I am from Massachusetts. I have never been to this store. I have been on a hunt for one of those 12' Skeletons for months because my parents, who live in Florida, have been looking for 3 years and I wanted to find one to gift to them for the holidays. I have inventory trackers set for sites when they come back in stock, I have contacted dozens and dozens of places that don't follow up, dealt with the rudest of people, etc. These 12' Skeletons are harder to get than Taylor Swift tickets.I got word that this store had them in stock recently. I reached out on Facebook messenger expecting very little and feeling defeated. It was after store hours, but pretty immediately I get a friendly-toned response that there had been one in the store when they had left earlier and would check when they went back first thing in the morning and give me a call. (Also, my guess is this person worked a full shift already and still cared enough to take care of a potential customer online after hours, and that's just above and beyond.) Awesome! I give my number, but I've done this so many times and get crickets so I'm cautiously optimistic.They call first thing in the morning. I miss it. They immediately messaged me on Facebook messenger again that they have one, who to call and ask for, and they'd let me pay over the phone. They also set the expectation that shipping is very expensive, as this item is 87lbs. I called my parents and said I found a 12' Skeleton but you're going to have to earn it - you guys are driving the 2 hours to pick it up. So I call the store back, reach the person I was told to ask for, super friendly, made sure it got labeled with my dad's name for when he goes and gets it tomorrow, answered some questions, just great service.I get on the phone with another employee to check out. It's loud in the store on the other end of the phone, you could tell it was busy. I also have a terrible old phone that I have to yell into, and my speech isn't the best so sometimes I am hard to understand. With all that, the cashier was so polite and never rushed me. She repeated things back to make sure everything was accurate, when normally I get that deep sigh of impatience like they want me to hurry up. She truly showed grace. Everything went smooth, and I'd get a receipt via text.The text doesn't come with the receipt. I go back to Facebook messenger and I felt like an old friend was cheering me on for getting this Skeleton! The enthusiasm was awesome and I couldn't be happier. I get my receipt within a minute.I hope someone actually reads this small novel I've written, but I've met so many miserable and grumpy people along this quest. Everyone I encountered here was absolutely amazing, and caring, and informative, and responsive. It seemed like they've built their business with a work culture that shows their employees respect because they all seemed to be happy being there and helping people. And that 12' Skeleton is going to be set up and waiting to greet me when I fly from Boston to Florida in December.TL;DR - The whole staff was amazing from start to finish assisting a customer from across the country. Please support this small business and do it often. You won't get this kind of service at a big box corporate store.

HIDDEN GEM!! I rarely go to HD anymore, I can get it here for +40% off! I come here for everything including appliances. Just bought a brand new fridge and it was half the cost. Jordan was so helpful and knowledgeable! Thx Jordan and team!
