My husband and I just have to send major kudos to Rosalee for her exceptional and compassionate advice to help us avoid a major checking error on our part. After hours of receiving run around misinformation from another banking institution, we felt defeated. So I called FiCare, resigned to accept what we felt were unavoidable consequences. What made Rosalee special is that it was just about 15 minutes before closing, when she took my call yet she patiently listened, didn't rush me and I could instantly feel that she cared. In a very short time, she offered a clear and reasonable solution to a better outcome than we ever thought could be possible. She is a model of what customer service should be and she's a rare and much appreciated jewel who made our day! Thank you SO much Rosalee!!!

limited access to the bank, limited ATMs, and never received a debit card (not sure if they do those) I had an account here for over two years and stashed an emergency fund. Once I realized this account was hard to access. Today happened to be the day I needed that emergency fund only to be told that because the money has not been moved the bank has "absorbed" the funds in my account. Needless to say I am upset and feel that was never stated in any way! I would not advise this bank if you are not on-site and have access to the bank every day.

The app and website are horrendous. Getting your own money is harder than trigonometry. Heavily considering closing my account and moving on.

Since becoming a member with Ficare thru my employer I've had nothing but outstanding courteous service with everyone I talk to. Special shout-out to Christian Maples loan processer. Every time I reach out to him he follows thru promptly with the answers to my billion questions. ?.

I Really dislike this credit Union, they consistently make errors, such as putting my money in savings instead of checking or vice versa. I received the wrong change many times. 3 times We put our check in the Night deposite and they don't find it.The young man named Truman is the only one who seems to know what hes doing.

I want to personally give a thanks to Rosalie Kaylor. She has been nothing but amazing and understanding. I battled a health issue and she was very understanding with me when it came to my account. FiCare Federal Credit Union should be extremely proud of her and the dedication she has for this company. It’s people like Rosalie that makes life just that much easier for other’s! Limited services and not convenient banking. For example they don’t offer mortgage loans. You can’t find an atm hardly anywhere. Can’t deposit money without going into a branch location. High interest rates on loans even if you have good credit. Rude tellers and customer service employees and managers.

The bank tellers are very friendly at this location, but there is no atm or any drive up banking. Just a little hole in the wall place.
