0 ZERO rating! The reviews speak for themselves! Very unpleasant experience at this branch, employees are rude! This is the first time I stepped at Wels Fargo and I will not be coming back! I came to open an account for my freshman, this is her University's official bank. It was 4:30ish the teller asks a guy if he can help me open an account, he did not hide any hesitation of unwillingness to help just, plain rude! So, she asked another guy, he did not even show his face and said he is busy said to tell me to make an appointment, I can actually hear him! So, the rude teller told me they cannot accommodate my request at this time because it takes an hour to open an account. She suggested to make an appointment or open an account online. To make the long unpleasant experience short, we left and not coming back! So, save yourself a lot of grief and try not to step at this branch.

It was at Wells Fargos from Mc Mullen Boulevard, it was very poorly served by Bradais Austrino, it was very poorly attended to. I had never been treated badly like I was treated badly by Brandais

Wish they had an ATM in the Drive Thru . It is very inconvenient to have to park and take the kids out just to use the ATM. I even seen a handicap person having to get out of the car to go and use the ATM . This Wells Fargo needs to get up to date with technology.

Took about 15 min before they would even come to the window. Wouldn't deposit a check into the business account. They said I have to be a holder on the account to just deposit a check. Been to about 5 different wells Fargo and never had an issue until this branch

If you go through the drive-thru, you will get exceptional customer service from Dorothy and Jasmine. They are always fantastic!

Teller line is always helpful but most of the bankers are horrible. Sat in the lobby listening to two of them chat away for 5 min about personal stuff and when they finally came over told me I would need to make an appointment in order open another account. I have over half a dozen accounts currently with WF and have been a customer for over 20 years. This is why your bank is losing its customer base.

Beware of 1 year fixed rate lines of credit. They have a great sales pitch and make you feel like you're getting in just in time. However, they don't tell you that the loan is only partially amortized. I ended up paying interest for a year and barely anything on the principle. I rolled it into a better loan after the year and then they added more interest from the first year loan. I am reluctant to do any further banking with them.
