Definitely would like to share bad experience at Wells Fargo on Gulf to Bay trying to open business account. Customer service for open new account was great , the Manager tried to help when asked by customer service to help open new account was rude .
Will definitely take business elsewhere .

Unfortunately, the customer service at this location isn't what it used to be!!! Today we were once more reminded as to why we have always tried to use other branches!!!! Wells Fargo just isn't what it used to be!!!!

My dad has dementia and I came across Dubai and Turk money because he’s a retired vet and worked for special ops. As a veteran to this county. He has saved money from these countries and since his transition to ALF. Came across this money doing my fathers estate sale. I went to his bank for help. Because I wanted to exchange foreign money. I spent 30 mins on the phone with a rep in the exchange currency with the help, was told I could go to this location. Spent 5 mins in line for the banker Maria, explained the situation for her to roll her eyes at me and then tell me no there’s nothing they can do. She was rude and unprofessional. Be kind because sometimes you have no idea the back ground at least on a level professionalism. As a commercial insurance agent, she needs to be retrained.

The manager wanted us to sit on the waiting area and call her so she could help us, yes, it wasn't that she was busy but she needed us to call so she could do it over the phone.We went to a different location, took them less than 5 min to add my SSN to my account.

The customer service is subpar and the employees are rude. I accidentally left my debit card in the ATM last Sat. Wednesday someone from this location calls me and tells me to come pick it up. Well this location is only open until 5 pm M-F and 9-12 on Sat. I work full time 8-5. Friday I leave work early to go pick up my card because we are going out of town for Memorial Day weekend. I had my dog in the car to take him to the Vet for boarding. You would think it would be a simple process to go into the bank show my ID, provide Pin number to card, pull up all my accounts on my phone, provide passwords whatever they need. Oh no not at this bank. The first teller tells me she can't help me. The goes to another teller and they whisper for a good 2 minutes as if I'm doing something nefarious. I understand security and can appreciate it but they called ME and I have all the necessary info. to confirm who I am. They tell me I have to wait for security???? I have to wait in the lobby. I said I have my dog in the car how long will this take? Her response " I don't know" There are 3 other employees doing nothing, just walking around talking to each other. I wait 15 minutes and leave. Now this is a long weekend and they have held my money hostage because of this BS. I call the corporate headquarters to file a complaint and tell her what took place. She said she has never heard of this "policy of speaking to security" I should have been able to go in provide my ID and info and be on my way. She asked me if I want to file a complaint because of this. I said yes but what are we going to do about access to my money? Her response "even if I expedite a new card you won't have it until Tuesday! This is absolutely unacceptable. I'm closing my brokerage account, I will be moving my money to one of the other banks I use and I will refi my house just to get the loan out of Wells Fargo. This is not the first time I've had unacceptable customer service from Wells Fargo but I can assure them it will be the last.

The manager tall blonde woman discriminated against me and my mom. Wouldn’t let us pull our money out of the account and told us we had to go to a different location. I hate this place

They have closed so many locations on Saturdays, this place is busy. They only have the drive-thru is only open. Plan on being there for 20 min or more.

The Wells Fargo is extremely unfriendly to the small businesses. I would ditch them if I could. For sure I will be working on it.

I tried to withdraw cash monies from this branch. Importantly, I have a checking and savings account with Wells Fargo. More importantly I opened my accounts with this branch. I opened my accounts directly with Alan the manager at this location. Fast forward 8 months; nightmare. I tried unsuccessfully too withdraw money from my savings account. I had my passport, drivers license, TWIC card, Ccw card and even more. They verified my account through text, and I think asking questions as too my place of where I live. Alan told me that my signature did not match too what he had on file. Obviously Alan, when you read this and your superiors read this; there will be changes in how the branch conducts business. Maybe not, I hope so. Simply, I went too another Wells Fargo down the road too withdraw my own money. Kind of a scary situation.
