I came in a few minutes before closing to exchange some currency. I felt bad for getting there so close to closing but I had to wait until I got off work. There was a blonde lady at the counter who seemed very irritated by me coming in close to closing and stayed multiple times she was supposed to be off at 5pm. Another woman by the name of Yesenia came to assist me, she was pleasant, not once mentioning the time, no non-verbal I’m annoying by you gestures. I really appreciate her for that. I rarely come into the bank since I started banking with them in 2012. But currency from another country can’t be exchanged many places except your bank. Anyway long story short, thank you for your kindness Yesenia.

I walked in here on Friday 10/6/23 around 3:45pm. No employees or customers visible in building or exterior perimeter offices. I observed two tellers behind the teller line, handling drive though patrons.I finally see one lone male employee in an office about two to the right of the main door.I announced that I was here to open a new checking account. He asked if I had an appointment. I didn’t, he replied that I needed one and that he could make me one for Tuesday 10/10/23 (5 days later!) as he smiled and reminded me that Monday was a holiday. I shook my head as I walked out.I then walked into Chase directly across the street and was quickly greeted with a welcoming smile and went on to successfully open a new account as it should have been done and as it’s always been done!As I was leaving the banker told me that they were open on Monday the upcoming holiday.I just shook my head and smiled.

I've been using this location for a long time but today was really bad I was not able to cash a $200 Check,my own check.And yes I give them 5 forms of ID.????????????????????.

Today visited this location, because I wanted to make a payment towards my loan. There were no customers inside, but there was about 6 people behind the counter basically doing nothing. One guy asked me what I need help with and I said that my account went overdraft because I didn't have sufficient funds on my banking account yesterday and I would like to make a payment towards my loan, they all start laugh at me, because I was dressed very well and they found it funny.Sad part that this is their real attitude towards their clients and customers. It is at least not professional and very rude. But why would I bother... those guys work at the bank. Never again with Wells Fargo and definitely not this location.

WELLS FARGO IS THE WORST BANK IN AMERICA. You guys hold my paycheck from work for 15 days! On hold because system thinks it’s suspicious! I HATE ALL OF YOU.

They were more concerned about my address then thousands of dollars I was going to transfer to their bank they even went as far as to pull up my address using google "We all know that Google is 100% correct always" I left there went to chase which I've done business with years ago and pretty much took me 10 minutes to open several accounts have a good Wells Fargo is zero*but they don't have that they earned it Jim S

Unbelievable how my husband was treated.. HIS NAME IS ON THE ACCOUNT along with his mother who is in a nursing home. He pays for her care and she sends him sometimes to get funds out.. The blonde teller was rude and asked for two form's of ID.. I have been banking with Wells Fargo for 26 years.. I felt my husband was looked down on because he has tattoos. Looked at the license for atleast five minutes.. The worst experience..We will try one more time if it happens again I'm moving to Chase.Good Day

This man came in my neighborhood and said he was going to save me some money. I don’t know how but he didn’t have a professional name tag or business Shirt . This man was mouthy and said when I asked him what I was doing with his composition notebook ? in hand , (casing the neighborhood) he said that I “wasted his time”. I was able to see his tags were from Arkansas (license) and 08 (registration) . Aren’t we in 2021? Now again he said he was trying to save me ? is why I posted this here.

Walked in on a Thursday afternoon to make a wire transfer and was told that there was no one available to assist and would have to wait until next week - Was upset at first as I need to make this transfer ASAP but Ricky offered to assist in between a meeting and helped out super quickly and efficiently! Super pleased with this branch.

This branch and the one on 580. Are all always different and slower then every other branch. What you ask any other branch. These two wont or cant do. Not sure how a bank can get reviews at all though. I should come in. Get my money and leave. Simple. But the rules and/or expertise here are different and slim.
