They do what banks do. I don't know what these one star reviews are all about. They have the best online app so going to the branch is my time to socialize with staff who are responsive and helpful.

Drive thru service pathetically slow. Should it take 10 minutes for a quick deposit??

I waited in the lobby to be serviced by a banker I was told I was next in line, however now I've been waiting a hour. I got in the line to ask how much longer and was spoken to very rudely by Brittany S. I asked how much longer and she would not tell me then she proceeded to say it could be several hours she has no idea. Why would you leave a guest waiting this long in the lobby? Awful customer service. The 1800 number can not help over the phone.
