This company is outstanding! I have bought and leased equipment from them for over 20 years! Years ago we had a huge printing project over a weekend and one of our printers was having an issue. I made a phone call and they had someone out on site to fix the problem within a couple hours. Great team and amazing service!

I just wanted to express my sincere gratitude for the team of WCC for 15 plus years of great customer service. I have had limited business interruptions in that time until a small hiccup recently.I was in the process of printing a massive number of archived records and within 30 minutes our printer locked up. I called WCC immediately because we were under a tight timeline. I had 3 of their team members working to resolve the issue so there was no down time. I later found out it was a software issue on our end and not a fault of equipment but either way they gave no excuses and remotely fixed issue. I would never change who we use based on the incredible service we receive.sincerely,Billy Monteverde

For more than 17 years, WCC Business Solutions has been providing me with my business copying and scanner needs. As the industry has Changed so has our needs as a customer. WCC has been there providing us with the items needed to complete our daily business requirements. I am the IT Director at Tampa Bay Downs, a thoroughbred racetrack in Florida. The fast-paced environment of a thoroughbred racetrack leaves extraordinarily little time to resolve issues as they present. WCC with their quality product line and superior support staff, I know that I have a quality vendor with quality product that has my interest first. I would recommend WCC to anyone, anyone that needs a vendor that has your business needs as their needs, is an industry rock star in my book.

I definitely recommend using WCC as your go to company. I’ve personally used them for about 2 years & a half with the medical company i am with and being in the healthcare industry, the less errors the better. We have 3 copiers/scanners (in different locations) and they have not failed us! Favorite thing that WCC does is sends the ink out prior to it running out (managing an office, this definitely takes one thing off my plate).Their whole company is super responsive on anything that we need. This company has for sure exceeded our expectations & i hope to continue our relationship!
