For months when we first filled this prescription they used good RX instead of our insurance. With goodRX it was $9. With our insurance it's $0. Well I had to refill the bottle early due to leaving it behind on vacation. I asked them to use the goodRX like they did prior. The guy was too lazy to do this. He said oh goodRX only works if it's a higher priced medication. That's a lie! I did not want it under goodRX before but they could not figure out how to run it on my insurance. They continued to lie & claim it was ran under insurance. Once they actually did it properly it was covered. Therefore we paid $9 for months. We wasted about $50-$70 with no recourse or reimbursement for their error. Now he claims he can't use goodRX & charged us $18. Sure not a huge difference but the fact that he was too lazy to do his job then lied about it.... Bad enough I had to pay all the prior months cause the pharmacy failed to run it through my insurance but now they just lie to avoid doing their job. This place is honestly a joke.

Cory was super helpful and friendly. He was very patient while I fumbled with the GoodRX app to try to get the codes for him to enter for me. The man deserves a raise! Great service. My prescriptions were ready super fast. I was using Publix for years and kept having issues of them taking almost a week to fill one of my medications. No issues with Walmart. My doctor sent in my meds at 8pm and they were ready by the next morning. Very impressed by the efficacy and friendly service. Staff was even nicer than the Publix staff.

Worst service ever ... 4/9 I ordered grocery to pick up at 1pm, 1:15 they still could not find order , told me to come back later, came back 4pm they still could not find my order. told me to get order number, so I went home and got order number off my computer, called them and they said ORDER WAS PICKED UP already . Called them again to get refund or re delivery and the fool of a service rep could not help, when I asked for store manager she hung up on me !!!! Apr 09, 2022 order | Order# 3702205-752790 Curbside pickup Picked up today at 1:57pm

This store smells of mold. Management obviously is lacking. Whoever is in charge is lacking in knowledge.I suggest going to Belcher and Gulf to bay for your neighborhood Wal-Mart needs. It is clean and provides a higher quality of options.

Never in my life have I ever seen a store as understaffed as this one. The majority of the time I come in there, they literally have one single cashier at the checkout. All the rest of the lines are where you have to check out your own groceries. If I am being forced to check out my own groceries, why am I not getting a discount? In addition, this is one of the most poorly stocked Walmarts I have ever been in. They constantly run out of inventory and fail to refill it in a timely manner. Not to mention there are some things they simply don't even carry that a lot of the other Walmarts do.

This is like any other Wal-Mart or grocery store; they have what they have & the prices are all comparable. The customer service however?; non-existent. Employees, obviously noticeable (with their Wal-Mart vests) are constantly, aimlessly walking around, never offering assistance or even acknowledging customers. God forbid you do have to ask them something, they're annoyed & utterly useless. The word "neighborhood" gives the impression that maybe there is some sort of local market vibe to it. No.. it's literally just half of a Wal-Mart Super Center with miserable employees. Also, why do we have to scan and bag our own groceries? I'm not opposed to doing so & in fact, I prefer it to avoid employee interaction, but I feel there should be some incentive; you're saving payrolls, so give the customer a break. Instead, we're lining the pockets of the disgusting Walton family.

I have continuously had poor service here. Rude, impatient, and just plain unhelpful. Very upsetting.
