Messed up our medication. Hung up on us. Would not reccomend. Lordis was the worker who was rude to my mom who just broke her leg and ankle. Bad service.

If you don't use your phone number You don't get the discount at all, which isn't fair, Everything is twice as much if you don't give them your phone number! The licensed pharmacist Didn't know there was menthol eye drops for the last twelve years! She uses prescription glasses to! She treated me as if I was the one who was stupid! She's a licensed pharmacist! I didn't see them so I had to ask where they were. And she had no clue what I was talking about! I had to pull up Google to show her the product. To not know the basics for the products. People use every day is a little mind-blowing in my opinion.

Haley in the pharmacy is such a great pharmacist, she took her time helping me find a discount on my prescription and literally saved me over $100. She has a great attitude, very helpful, and a very good in employee for Walgreens. Thank you again Haley.

I come to this Walgreens twice a day. At least. I know all the customer service reps. Some of them are very nice. Some of them are very quiet. However, today was Christmas Eve. I was screamed at over trying to buy a lighter because the sales associate could not find the lighter I was speaking about. I remained calm as she huffed and puffed through her hands in the air stomped her feet at me. It's Christmas Eve. She was in quite the mood and then began to scream at me in front of a line of people. I called the store to let them know. I was told by the manager you know that's not acceptable. She'll have a talk with her but it is the holidays. Well because it's the holidays. Does that make it okay to treat your customers that way? I don't think so

This pharmacy is the best ! Staff there are very friendly. Especially Mary!!! I was having a issue with insurance company on one of my meds that I am prescribed. She not only went out of her way to get me a HUGE discount on my meds but spoke with insurance company and got issues resolved. Outstanding employee!! Thank You!!!

Absolutely do not use this pharmacy over C.V.S . The same script at Cvs was 6$ they want 46$ at Walgreens and won't transfer over my script ! ?

I just left this Walgreens and it was another terrible experience. I will write off Walgreens from the rest of my life. Not only do the one on Ulmerton treat me like crap but so did the one on golf to Bay. I came in to have a prescription filled after talking to the pharmacist on duty. He told me that like the other Walgreens they can't for fill the prescription I need it and I would have to go with a generic form of something else. I asked them what they had in stock and what they can give me and he told me.I went back to my doctor for the third time having to pay again only to be told by another pharmacist at this location that they cannot refill my prescription I am fed up with Walgreens this company is absolutely terrible they are so rude to you it is not right I'm here to spend my money not to be treated like a piece of crap. Both pharmacist should be fired the woman and the man Tom. If you're reading this review and you're debating on going here to fill your prescription needs, Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. What a bad experience Walgreens is a terrible company and their staff are nothing but rude imbeciles.
