Walgreens is average. Pretty good variety. Prices okay. I always get the idea that their products are from a train that crashed, or products that didn't sell in Walmart of some more major outlet. It is not the dollar store but its not Publix. Its a modern day mom and pop store. Actually sorry, Mom and Pop. Your products are probably way healthier. I can't complain too much. They are very visible and easy to get to and reasonable prices. thats why a 3 star. Nothing special and nothing glaringly wrong. I just don't go there ever.

I frequented a Walgreens location this evening to make a deposit to a Capital One Bank Account. Capital One does not have brick and mortar banks in the State of Florida. As a result, Capital One has a contract arrangement with Walgreens and CVS to process cash deposits of up to $999 in one transaction up to a monthly limit.
This evening, I was frustrated by the cashier and manager who were sure they knew more about the Capital One arrangement. My deposit was refused because it exceeded the $500 maximum for prepaid cards. Capital One is unrelated to any prepaid card or arrangement.
I drove to a nearby Walgreens location on Missouri Avenue where my transaction was processed without question.
Because Walgreens had failed to properly train and advise at least this shift cashier and manager, I drove my validated deposit receipt back to their location for inspection.
While I will not frequent this location again for any reason, I will invest the necessary time to advise the regional management of these poorly trained staff.
There is no excuse for the inconvenience created by the ignorant.

Absolutely no brains in employees’ heads. I paid 40(!!!) bucks for the photos for documents and those idiots couldn’t upload it on a flashcard. The didn’t even say sorry, they just started to yell that they don’t have to do anything and I can just walk out of the store

As a solo lady i don't appreciate being hounded by a homeless man while checking out.. then having him follow me up to my car door begging for money. The staff really should have stepped in. It was honestly scary.

The pharmacy staff could learn a lot about customer service from the liquor store staff. Then again, maybe they lack the capacity.
Charged me $58.50 FOR A FLU SHOT. And I have insurance. Thieves.

Horrible service. 3 days after my doctor sent my prescription I called to find out what’s going on. The pharmacist said I should’ve called to find out if they had the medication in stock, while in the same breath telling me that pharmacies don’t usually give out sick information over the phone. It turns out that the medication is on back order and they never contacted me to tell me. Meanwhile I’m running low on my medication. They even went so far as to tell me to go to CVS where I got it before instead. They really couldn’t care less.

Sarah (pharmacy tech?) has turned my opinion of my formerly favorite pharmacy and pharmacists from positive to negative. She is just so unpleasant to deal with regarding anything, let alone sensitive medical issues. I’ve tried three times and have been patient and positive. I know that between big pharma, Walgreens corporate and insurance companies that this can be a stressful situation for both patients and pharmacy techs, BUT - every other staff member there is doing their best to be polite and professional. Sarah brings down the whole team with her negative attitude, condescension and annoyance at having to help patients and customers.

England has outlawed covid boosters for people under 50. If you are over 50, you shouldn't get either. Walgreens! Stop pushing this poison!
