Nick was professional and swift and patient.
All my questions were answered and I learned how to navigate through the systems !!

Stay FAR FAR AWAY from Verizon and this store!!! The sales associates at this store will lie to your face just to get your money and get you to sign a contract!!! They will lie right to your face telling you that a phone is 100% free and that you can cancel your plan anytime!! But when you go to cancel your service you will be told that you owe $1000+ for a $50 phone!! And not to mention the absolutely HORRIBLE phone service that doesn't even work in the middle of Clearwater even though paying $120+ a month for a single phone line!!! I can not even use my phone 50% of the time in the middle of the city and all day long it completely loses service and it keeps getting worse everyday for the last 8 years and Verizon doesn't care at all about fixing any of there issues!!!! Please do yourself a favor and stay as far away from this store and Verizon phone service as possible!!!

Horrible customer service. Was charged $30 for them to set up new Apple Watch and they couldn’t set it up because the watch was taking to long to charge. They never removed the charge! It was Verizon on Gulf to Bay that saw the charge when I brought the watch to them because I had questions regarding it and my service at the Palm Harbor location

The fact that they block off the parking spots for Xpress pick up close to the door without having any handicap spots close to the door gross. Do better Verizon. Especially in a place like FL

Nick was great. Quick, kind, no fuss interaction. I knew what I wanted when I walked in and was out of the store within 15-20 minutes, and left as a Verizon customer. Thank you.

You came to the right place!!!
Exceptionally rude. Keep telling us what we told by Verizon business was wrong and that THEY LIED.
Then the manager told us to go to a different store!!! What a horrible person to have in a leadership role. The way they treat customers worse than something they stepped in.
Do not go to this store!

Malachi was excellent he helped me navigate a very difficult situation, and did it completely courteous and provisionally. Highly recommend the Clearwater store for Verizon and Malachi as a representative.

I asked for my last bill and was told they couldn't do it even though it was a corporate store. I reminded them they were a corporate store and customer service confirmed they indeed could do so.
They then printed the wrong bill and blamed it on the printer. "You get what ever the printer wants to print out", said James. The store was not busy at all.
I explained this was still not the bill I was requesting and since I moved accounts to another provider, I needed my final bill from the month prior. Verizon locked me out of my account after 20 years of never missing a payment. There was no way for me to access prior bills. I was told again he couldn't do it. I nicely informed him he was incorrect and very easily could do it. Getting the the lawyers involved with a court order wasn't necessary, but it's an option. He quickly went back and printed the bill I was looking for.
No wonder Verizon has a class action lawsuit against them and are losing customers left and right. 20 years of customer loyalty means nothing.
A few years back I have this exact store a 4 star review with their customer service. Now I'll tell you to stay away and know your rights as a customer with their own guidelines. Stay educated.

This hands down has to be the worst store in Tampa/Clearwater area. You will go on one day and get information from a rep, make an appointment, get totally different information from a new rep next day. Obviously the staff are all not up to par on training as it’s a different story every-time. “Sorry” doesn’t cut it guys. I will never go back and neither should you. This is not first time at this store either. Staff are very inconsistent on what they relay to customers.

This is a warning to all, Verizon Customer service is terrible and their pricing is outrageous. I do not recommend Verizon. Try Tmobile!!

The store is clean and organized. The staff are all genuinely welcoming and understanding. The customer service is second to none.
