So my old Samsung Galaxy a53 was super hard to charge and it was really causing me a lot of mental stress. James and another guy at the Verizon store helped me out by physically cleaning lint out of the charging port with a tool of some sort..... embarrassing a little bit but I was so thankful that it was an easy fix!
