Stopped in here for a cleaning and battery change on my invicta watch. They did a fantastic job. NOTE ☆☆This store is inside of countryside mall , AND on the lower level. I did not know this and spent 20 minutes looking for the store and parking on the wrong side of the mall.

I am amazed by my experience at this establishment. I went in for a ring repair and not only did they give me an estimate within minutes, it only took them 3 days to have it back on my hand looking better then it did before! I am beyond thankful .

Worst watch repair ever! Took my Tag Heuer dive watch for a repair and battery. The first time I picked up the watch and got it wet it had moisture under the crystal. When I took the watch back and asked if they had pressure tested it, they looked at me like I was nuts. Then they said they could fix the moisture problem and replace a scratched crystal. Now it apoears that the rotating bezel had been glued in place. They have no idea what they're doing, at least with a dive watch.*********Hello Samir. I saw your response.I am out of town for a couple of weeks. I will stop in whem I get home.

Fantastic customer service! There was a minor mistake regarding payment for a set of amethyst earrings, but it was resolved quickly. They were honest and helpful, and the jewelry is gorgeous.

My experience with this business has been nothing but positive I bought my girlfriend a diamond tennis bracelet and the staff was frendly, helpful, and, patient. The value and prices are excellent. The service is 2nd to none. I totally recommend this jeweler

I went in earlier today to sell two pieces of jewelry. I have to say that Samir is one of the most honest people I have ever dealt with in regards to dealing with jewelry. He gave me a very fair quote for my jewelry that I was already okay with. We made a deal, and I left with my money, already happy with my experience. One of his workers called me about half an hour later because he had acknowledged that my jewelry was worth more than the original quote and let me know that he was offering even more money! He was very kind and knowledgeable, very easy to deal with, as well as his employee. Will definitely be coming here again for any future needs and will be referring him to friends and family. Thank you!!!

The only place to go for watch repairs or batteries in Countryside Mall! I was warned against other retailers by mall employees, and I wasn't taking an expensive Michele watch to a minimum wage employee at a kiosk. V&S did a fantastic job, quick and great price. Highly recommend!

Give this store 1 star as it is the lowest I can select; I went to this store on Friday 26 of November to ask about Moissanite Gemstone, the gentlemen in a blue shirt with an accent, responded by no, we don't sell this kind of stones here and start making fun of me when I turn and start leaving the store, this is the worse experience you can make someone feel, I would NOT recommend this store to any of my friends, it was a very disrespectful interaction, we don't treat the customer like this—never going to walk to this store again, even if they give free Diamonds.

I called samir before going here because I was searching for a band for my smartwatch since I was allergic to the one it came with. The store I called before him which is also in the mall was very dismissive and told me they couldn't help me. Samir invited me to come down and told me he had a wide range of choices for me. He wasn't kidding! He did indeed have a very large selection for me to pick from and I chose one that not only seems to be working better so far but he has also improved the functionality of the watch. Very pleased with my experience and will gladly use him again. Thank you Samir!

Did not shop today but inquired on things. Very nice folks. Inside Countryside Mall. Best to park area of Red Robin restaurant. It's on right as you go in mall doors. They also fix Grandfather clocks and they have a nice selection of clocks, watches, straps for sale and so much more.

We have been taking our watches and jewelry to V&S Design for a few years now and we are always pleased with the quality of the work!If you have jewelry or watches that need repair, this is your guy. V&S Design is in a kiosk in Countryside Mall on level 1, Red Robin door. Samir is who we have made a connection with at this location. He is so knowledgeable, quick and affordable, I really can't say enough! He has unique pieces for sale and can help with identifying rare and valuable items. I truly won't trust my jewelry with anyone else. Thank you, Samir!!

I had fantastic service from Mr. Farag a few weeks ago. I have a gold watch of my grandmothers that has not worked since her death 20 years ago. Samir kept it overnight enabling him to check it thoroughly and identified the issue, repairing and servicing it. Getting my grandmothers watch working meant the world to me, mostly for sentimental value. Thank you Samir for your kind and professional approach! I will be back.
